Stopped working - blank screen
Worked at first, now when I try to open there’s just a dark screen.
Started working again. I tried sending video, but the email didn’t have the content. This is not good for people in abusive situations. It needs to be 100% reliable.

Does not work
It just sends you round in circles selecting language and icon… unable to get beyond that set up to see or do anything else.
Don’t waste you time
Only actually shows weather and 2 options. Can’t navigate it at all… useless

Is this app decommissioned? I note the user comment above which suggests putting fake weather content on the front/loading page but I can’t get past it?

Couldn’t get any info or get the app to work
This app literally just worked as a weather app? I’m so confused. I only had two buttons one was weather right at the time and another was weather for the next three days. No other options or anything relating to domestic abuse at all. If I wanted a weather app, I’d have downloaded one. Really not great when this is meant to support victims.

Is this some kind of cruel joke???Useless. Just a fake weather app that doesn’t even work for weather, let alone domestic abuse advice.
No instructions. When a person is suffering abuse, the last thing they need is an app that doesn’t work and just makes them feel even worse.

Really fab app!
This app is great! It allows you to learn a lot about the different types of DA, how to get help and the types of support available as well as giving you ‘real life’ case studies to test knowledge and understanding. It also has a journal feature which enables you to record incidents. Very useful!

I have tried several times this app does not work, won’t come of weather & does not let me set up.

Waste of time
I believed this was a safe space to journal domestic abuse. In fact there is no journal. What you write is sent to you via email! And it appears you can only record one instance. Really disappointed. Tonight I’ve had to put up with pretending to care about my abusers silly stories from 10 years ago, had a remote control thrown at me plus multiple slamming doors and no where to record this. Not great.

Unreliable + Waste of Time
Used it to record something, when I stopped the recording it automatically deleted the entire thing saying something along the lines of the file bring too large to send/save. Complete waste of time I could’ve just used the default voice memos that are in all iPhones. Important evidence that I really needed was deleted/not saved thanks to using this app.

I’m unable to get it out of covert screen to input and save details. No info button even covertly.
