Cannot receive or send messages
Is the app still safe to use? It hasn’t been updated in over a year.

Need for parental controls
Ok. Secure, totally get it. Just a tip. You should add parental controls to the app like contact restrictions. My mom took it off my brother’s phone because my brother (she took it off mine too) was supposedly texting someone on this app he didn’t know that apparently a friend of his knew. Also, just a suggestion. You should make a secure internet app, but put parental controls on it like blocking certain websites or blocking explicit content. I know there is Brave, but it would be cool if you made your own secure web browsing platform.

It’s not credible.
I need wait long time to get or send messages , it’s not convenient.
Unreliable
I get long periods when my messages do not send or receive. This is not from a network or connectivity issue on my end.

Wurde zu einem Videocall eingeladen und war voll ok.
Leider konnte ich noch nicht herausfinden, wie anderer diese App beurteilen, also ich meine Fachzeitschriften etc.
Die App beziehungsweise die Lösung scheint noch sehr wenig verbreitet zu sein. Vielleicht weil man befürchtet, dass Chinesen dahinter stecken, was zwar stimmt, aber es sind eben Exilchinesen, die absolut nichts mit der KP zu tun haben wollen - ganz im Gegenteil. Allein das ist schon ein Grund, sich das anzusehen.

Great app…some user requests
This app gets better all the time. I use it a lot. I’d like to be able to view messages and attachments in landscape mode and zoom in so I can read them more easily. I’d like to be able to run a simple poll in a chat group so I can get fast results on team member preferences. Thanks
Lack of landscape mode with an iPad
Great app! But for some reason, there is not a landscape mode on an iPad, and that’s a head scratcher.

Used for more than 2 years, easy, clean, safe and convenient to edit the sent text! Very good experience!
You can’t unblock people.
This app is secure. Totally get it. Just one tip. Don’t block someone unless you want them blocked forever. My sister had my mom’s phone once, and she got onto BrightChat on her phone and blocked me. The Block User option is still there, but there’s no option to unblock a blocked user. So I’m permanently blocked from sending my Mom stuff. She can send me stuff, but nothing I send will go through. Also, the Delete User option doesn’t work either. I tried deleting my mom from my contacts to see if that would make my stuff go through, but all it does it delete the conversation and leaves the user in your contacts. So I don’t know. ShenXun, if you’re reading this review, please do something to help out.

everything is fine on IPhone but please fix
There is a bug where I cannot tag anyone with @ in a group chat when using my iphone. The tag list does not pop up and “@Everyone” or “@All” does not work.
