Do I work with Apple HomeKit?
Randomly Stopped Working
Just randomly stopped working and no matter what I do, it will not find the smart bulb to reconnect. I’ve restarted the router twice, restarted my phone, unscrewed/screwed back in the bulb, reset the bulb, made sure I’m using the right WiFi option, have tried every lighting option on the app- literally tried everything, and it still doesn’t want to work anymore. The help pages on the app is a joke, just says the same thing everywhere.

Doesn’t work
Can’t get it to connect to my wifi. Even more frustrating it makes me type it all in. If I jump to another app to copy my password it erases my network. When I go to connect it takes for ever, my screen locks and when I open it the app has closed

Schedule needs sunset and sunrise settings otherwise they are pretty good.

app is glitchy, cannot get anything to connect or any devices to even show up. once they do and I try to connect “connection timed out” pops up. waste of time and money
Schedule function stopped working
The schedule function for my smart plug has stopped working properly. They have actually disappeared (can’t be seen in the app for a device), but they still continue to run at last settings. However, can’t delete or change schedules as a result. Submitted multiple problem reports via the app with no response. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app, but this has not fixed the problem.

Constantly drops connection and times out when re-adding
I am using one Piper & Olive Smart Bulb with this app. It is always disconnecting from the bulb (not an issue with my network) and when I try to re add the bulb to the network/app it gets to 100% and says “Connection Times Out.” Putting the bulb in pairing mode works (it flashes when looking for the app/network connection) and goes solid when the app gets to 9%. Then errors out at 100%. I simply can’t use the bulb as a smart bulb anymore. About to try a different app. 😒

Useless!
This worked initially connected to Google home and through the app on iPhone. If google failed to connect then the app could still control light. There were some random switching on of lights not commanded by me at the same time every morning? No timers or schedules set up this was weird and puzzling? Now after the recent update the app won’t work saying its offline and google won’t connect? I’ve tried everything removed from list reconnected, reset router, Yadda yadda, Company is no help, typical replies reset remove or add new router, yeah I’ve got cupboards full of new routers christ! Sort it out.

Can not connect to xfinity router
Could not connect Maxonar LED Rope Lights to my home network. Tried splitting router bands with separate passwords, but no joy. Don’t waste your time. Get a different device that does not use software dependent on single-band technology. Or one that does not use this app.
Works good but no Apple integration
Works with my app and with schedules. But I cannot integrate it with Apple Home
Siri Support/ Homekit
The app is great and the appliances are fantastic! It would be awesome if the lights get support for Siri shortcuts to make the whole user experience more intuitive!

The app works well and allows to create schedules and timers.
The paring process can sometime be a bit painful, but in the end, with same patience, it always worked fine for me.
Would be great being able to use the meteorological data to turn on and off devices, or connect those to an external sensor.

If hopefully you’re checking this app before buying the hardware then don’t.
It is designed by halfwits and managed by idiots.
We had this app for time now, our devices are all up-to-date, but suddenly the schedule facility (with which you can set times for your smart devices to turn on or off) doesn’t work.
Heads up don’t bother with these halfwits or the hardware this app supports!
If hopefully you’re checking this app before buying the hardware then don’t.
