Buggy
This could be a really great app, but it suffers from many many bugs. It will never save your credentials for logging in so you have to do that every single time, probably has maybe a five or 10 minute time out. Even when you check, save credentials, it won’t. It used to let me add new UPS with the QR but now it won’t scan it ever. NFC, joke never has worked. On my iPhone 17 Pro Max it’s doesn’t adjust the focus when adding QR so it’s blurry, and is unable to scan them. I really wish they would get their head around these bugs because it’s so close to being something worthwhile.

Doesn’t work
I updated the app now I don’t have access to my device. Wow
Absolutely buns
Can’t configure basic network info on the web client and now the app doesn’t work. UPS basically useless. Needs regular snmp capable network card to self host
Needs alot of work
The app needs a refresh, it doesn’t seem like notifications work, either push, text or email.
Unusable
What is going on with this app? 4 years old? No way to login with the email address and password? Eaton/Tripp Lite need to get serious.
