Don’t bother using when they’re busy! 8-9 am weekdays
I’ve been using this app for awhile. I definitely prefer being able to speak to an operator, as the app will tell you it as a driver tell you the estimated time of arrival and then this disappears if they are busy.
It can then take much longer to get another one and you have no idea how long your journey will take. This is very frustrating, as the reason I would use a cab is to try and speed up the journey.

Apple Pay is 50/50
This app rarely takes Apple Pay which means you have to call and they send a link my message. Hardly suitable for 2025
The drivers
I been using your taxi company for a good few years .. I know most of the drivers .. all the taxis are clean .. I love to talk.. and all the drivers are engaging.. :. I always make sure I pay cash..even ask the drivers to take me to the cash point :: sometimes I talk too much but it’s nice to be nice.. wonderful company lovely drivers.. and the staff who answer the phones are amazing too .: x

Terrible app
I downloaded the app to try and stop using Uber, but the app doesn’t even let me go past the captcha screen at the start!

Can’t pay by Apple Pay or by adding a card. What is the point.

My first time with this company and I wasn’t disappointed. The driver arrived extremely quickly and was polite he got me to my destination without delay.

Either the drivers keep turning down my job or every time I do anything else with my phone (including possibly move it!), the app decided to put my job out again
I have had 5 different drivers allocated one after the other and still no cab! Sorry will be deleting the phone worked better….

The app is so old please get some updates on it
Doesn’t work
This app has always been a bit flakey but it’s now stopped working at all. Goes through a validation process and says it’s sending a text but it just hangs.
Pathetic service
They take your money then say allocating a driver - once allocated the driver cancels - went through 5 “allocated” drivers before giving up and walking. Dont waste your time if you have a train to catch.
Missing feacture and wrong arriving time estimates
The app suggested the driver would arrive in one minute, but all in a sudden it said a driver was being a arranged. The second driver picked up the order, the app suggested the driver would arrive in one minute, while taxi tracking web page suggested two minutes. In the end, it took 20 min fir the driver to srrive. And he arrived in the opposite lane, not even notifying me!

Con artists
Will send larger cars than you originally book so they can charge you more. A pre-booked 5 seater £65 fixed fare taxi from Gatwick to Brighton ended up being quoted as £123 when we got home - avoid like the plague!!!
Bad
Booked a taxi a week in advance for a night out. Waited 20 minutes past our booking for a taxi who eventually turned up and picked up someone else 10m from where we were waiting. Ended up paying £20 more for a completely random taxi to take us home. Poor service.

Lovely drivers but horrible new app. That never recognises pickup location or destination.
Always have to call for cab which DOES recognise pickup location. Always get “Oops there was an error please try again” over and over and over again. Tried calling to complain — useless.
