Brighton Bins

See when your bins are collected, and get a reminder to put them out in time. Find your address, check what’s due next, and get a nudge at 8pm the evening before. Follow your collections in the app to see what’s still due, what’s been collected and whether a collection has been missed. Look ahead in the calendar, check what goes in each bin, and find opening hours and directions for local recycling sites. Rubbish, recycling, food waste and garden waste are all covered, where available at your address. If you fancy a few extras, there’s Premium: - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, so you can check your bins without opening the app. - Automatic bin reminders in an Apple Reminders list you can share with your household. - Notifications at a time that suits you, the evening before or on collection morning. - Notifications when a collection is reported as completed or missed, or your usual bin day changes. - Estimated collection times, so you know roughly when to expect a collection. - The option to hide bins you don’t use. - Keep track of bins at up to three addresses. Premium is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Brighton Bins is for homes in Brighton & Hove where you put your bins out for collection. It doesn’t cover communal street bins. The app uses publicly available collection information from Brighton & Hove City Council and is not affiliated with the council.
