Glucometer
I picked up my machine yesterday and I went to Katherine to explain it to me and it was a quick explanation and was told to read the instruction book that has 84 pages. I spend 2 hours and couldn’t get the Bluetooth to work but Katherine said it would work without Bluetooth. By the time I went back you were closed. I had to drive to my daughter’s house where she is a PA at Rochester Health so she could do my test as none of us could get it working.
I paid for the glucometer and it hasn’t even worked and with my low blood sugar I really need accurate readings.
What are my options as I have always been very with satisfied but if this is your service now I will definitely consider changing pharmacies. Please call me at 716-622-5799. Thanks
