Great new yoga studio

Awesome vibes at Brightside. The size of the studio is nice because it’s not too big or too small and I like that they don’t have a mirror. It helps me stay more focused on sensation versus what my yoga postures look like. The infrared feels amazing without creating a suffocating feeling in the room, and I leave feeling that famous “hot yoga high”. I can’t wait to try a sauna session!
