I love this game I can play it on my phone but not my apple tablet I’m not happy if I can’t find a way to play it on my tablet I wont play it again I will just delete the game

I have downloaded your game app before. When I have the game downloaded.
The assignment I have says to buy the “ Smithy”. But when I go to buy the building. I can’t buy it. I instead get the “ Watch Tower.
So please fix the bugs that are in your game app. Because it clearly isn’t working how it is suppose to.

Can’t play game
I have downloaded the game but for some reason I can’t play the game I have downloaded it on my IPhone 14pro but all it says is Wally must be playing with the server again please give us a few minutes and try again. Any help would be appreciated.

I have contacted Brightwood through email. I have bought axes and starter pack and once I purchase them the app won’t open still getting charged but I don’t get to use the things I purchase then I uninstalled it to reinstall it everything I have done in the village the coins, cheers, gold I previously had and that I have accumulated is there except for what I purchased

Glitching
The game is glitching really bad. I tried to build a lean to and that wasn’t working. Then I tried to build a watch tower and the game wouldn’t let me. Please fix

I love this game but when I rotate a building when it is in use or building it always permanently makes the screen where it’s being built forever

Update:04/20/2020 Game still super glitchy. Attempts made to contact app support I continuously get an error screen. 😠
I used to love this game on my android phone great for passing the time. Now that I have an iPhone it only half works. It’s completely full of glitches. To purchase the correct building of plant I have to go like 6 choices past the one I need and click on one until it finally produces the correct item. The words for the quests are jumbled and spread throughout the screen. Even the quest line has extremely unusual dead space between the quest. Hopeful it will be fixed soon and I can resume my five star rating before I uninstall complete and give up on yet another game that used to be worth the time.

Have been loving this game, BUT.....
I’ve been playing this game for a few years and have never had a problem with loading.
I noticed these past two days, the game will not load, therefore I cannot play this game.
Thought the developers would like to know.
Also, there’s buildings that I cannot complete, as there’s no access to items.
An example: I need “frog potion” and I am unable to aguire it. I’m also unable to buy the building materials with Gold Bars.
Please let me/us players know, as I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing same, how we may obtain these special items in the game.

Can’t believe...
This is a game I love to my heart but cannot believe I have to start over on my blu phone (level 42), iOS 13.3.1. (not much of levels) and Samsung tablet (level 44) and funny I have a vast amount of animals on my Samsung tablet...I have tried previously in asking to join all of them along with the mommies and crystals joining together as I have worked so hard to reach these levels daily sometimes twice daily and it’s to no avail...no one has even responded..thus it’s one star...whenever I can have the three together as one with all of my animals, moneys & christals then it will be a pleasure to rate this a 5 star....
