Terrible app for an overpriced product. App cannot login despite numerous password resets. Waste of time.
Great device - bad app
The scheduling doesn’t work even tho I changed it - every time I have to sign in even though I have remember me enabled.
As much as I love Brivv the app is just frustrating, tried to use the new app and it doesn’t even let me sign in

App and buttons broken
The app doesnt work at all. I can login but I cannot access my air filter, see filter status, or adjust, or turn on or off. The buttons on my air filter also dont work.
In order to even turn it on, ive had to connect it to a smart plug and use that to turn it on, but i have no control over the strength which is at full blast all the time.

Horrible
This app and this company are a scam. Nothing works as it’s supposed to. It took forever to get the filter and now I have next to no way to control it. I have no idea on the health of the filter and zero response from customer service. Avoid this company all together.
Stopped working
No longer lets me sign in. Super annoying considering how much these are.

I give it two stars not one only because it worked for a little bit before proceeding to not let me log in regardless of approach. Lots of buggy issues on top of that with connectivity. (I can log in fine on the website so I know my account works)

Terrible app for a premium product
Very disappointed with the app, the product itself is great but the app of pretty much useless. Logs me out all the time which then means the scheduling function doesn’t work. Can’t reset password either. Needs investment and soon
Appalling App, appalling customer service
Wonderful idea but a useless App that rarely works rendering it all pointless. Briiv customer service rarely reply and suggest App update is in progress to fix an issue that should be working before they took your money - not a premium product. Sort it out ! Returning product.
Don’t bother
Nothing works, device won’t even pair with the phone. £300 item should work better!!!!
Poorly designed app & device
App forgets login every time, and device doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi. So as smart devices go, not so smart. Filter I presume works but I’ll probably be returning the whole thing
App doesn’t work
I was able to add my device, and I set up a schedule but since that first time, nothing actually got scheduled. Andean I go into the app now, I click on my “filter name” and nothing happens. I can’t turn it on, off, nothing. You guys need to figure out how to get this to work.
Rarely works
For such a premium brand product this app is quite disappointing. As reported by others, I can register my device but for the most part, clicking on it does nothing. I have been able to set a schedule but it doesn’t appear to do anything. Sometimes the device shuts down to the extent I have to turn it off and on at the mains and to get even the physical buttons to respond.

The app doesn’t do anything as far as I can see… the review page shows screenshots of some additional functionality but unless I’m just rubbish at finding it I don’t see anything there.
Ugh
Added multiple devices and as soon as they’re added, they’re very quickly no longer active and have to re-add and works briefly. Not great for the price point and sincerely hope they fix the app/bugs ASAP

I haven’t gotten this app to work even once beyond initial setup. Not exaggerating

I love the Briiv.
It looks so great whether or not it works is almost beside the point. And yet, the filter works. The app does not.
Took a long while to even get it to connect. After an hour plus of troubleshooting, I still can’t get the app to do anything except recognize my device. Which is a bummer.
Hopefully, this is something the developers will focus on soon as I’m sure there are plenty of cheerleaders for the device, itself. The app just doesn’t live up to that.

The App does not work
The App does not work at all, I would not have bought the device had I known.
Barely Beta
This app needed a lot more development prior to launch. Basic functions like remembering your password and access your Briiv unit to change its settings do not work. In its current form, the app is useless and there is no way to control your Briiv unit remotely. I have 2 units and both have limited functionality due to the shortcomings of the app. I understand this was a crowd funded project but the units were not exactly cheap and they do not work as advertised as of the time of this review. I will update my review when the issue is resolved. Nothing has changed in over 4 months. The units don't even turn on unless you physically cycle the power.

The product itself is great but I wouldn’t waste any time on this app. It’s simply poorly made and maddening when it should be simple and hard to not work. Would be great if it worked. I followed the steps tried to trouble shoot through email by a very nice person which was frustratingly inefficient means of communication. Please Briiv you have a great product give it a decent app I beg of you! If it’s worth doing its worth doing well.
