Easy Reading
CONs:-(, i did not appreciate how Brilliant Bible charged me for a Yearly plan without my permission. I wanted the Monthly plan. Also, it doesn’t give you any options for customer service or any kind of help.
PROs;)-, However; I do like reading BB and its illustrations. It does give a good insight on how things went. It is sometimes funny cuz the illustrations give the people 3 arms. I have to admit i do like how it has separated verse by verse for reading. If BB hadn’t charged me for a yearly fee i wouldn’t have a negative opinion about it. And i would have given a 5 star rate.

Good for doomscrollers
This is great for people prone to doomscrolling. This is an edifying alternative. I would love a modern version for the listening part, however.
Comics are Awesome!
To start I give 5 stars for the comics! They not only have engaging story but will have reference scriptures in between each chapter along with helpful information to give greater insight! To be honest I think it could be good to have this be the main purpose of the app.
Their customer support is absolutely wonderful and they are constantly updating and improving things like the amount of translations available and adjusting text size.
The 3 stars is for the AI art. I appreciate the idea but I would appreciate if rather than “fixing” the AI they took the time to pay artists to replace the AI images. I think they’re fine to keep while replacing them with REAL art but it should start. Really you don’t have to have an image for every single verse. There are often times when one image works for 2-3 verses. I hope they make this change. If they do this app would be absolutely perfect!
My biggest complaint with the AI is that it makes every character look basically the same, David, Jesus, Peter they all look the same and very stale. There is really no feeling or emotion. So please start working to replace the images with real art!
The people who complain about the fact that it costs anything are silly. If you want a free bible there are LOADS of options. This one is paid to help those artists who are bringing the bible to life through illustration. They deserve to be able to make a living!

It’s all AI.
When I saw that there was a unique drawing for every verse, I assumed it was too good to be true. It was. All of the drawings are nonsensical AI generated images. I don’t know why they use the word “art” in their marketing. There is no shortage of actual art from centuries of talented Christian artists who were able to imbue their paintings with theological meaning and truth. Unfortunately, all a computer can do is mimic and distort human art. I will stick to the art we already have.

Need text enlarger
There needs to be a way to make the comic bubbles have larger font. My middle aged eyes couldn't read anything but the normal paragraph bible content. I could not read the text in the illustrated content
I loveeeer thisss
OK, I’m a Christian and I love this. The only thing was. I wish that there was more versions. I am a kid and I love reading the Bible, but there are a lot of words that I don’t understand. I feel like with this app I always have to ask my parents what this word means so if it it’s possible, maybe in future updates if you could add more Bible versions that would be great but right now that’s my only critique. I love this app so much if you add NLT or NIRV that would be so great for me.

AI slop
Thought this was created by real artists and that connected to me spiritually. UNTIL I saw Jesus with 3 arms. I don’t like paying for an app to support AI generation, sorry. Disappointed.
Super
Great Bible source for all.
Love it
Life changing
Translations
Good app. It would be amazing if there was a Spanish translation. Like RVA that way other people could read it too!
Love
Pls try this app if your a Christin then pls do
Like it. Let’s add something
Just opened the app and already loving it. Personally I get more when I get along with audio. That said, it would be super cool if this app read the comic in character voices. With that addition this app would really separate itself from the rest. Overall good job to the developers
I Love The word of God
AMEN Still Trusting
Scammed
It was advertised as one week free trial, and i cancelled the same day i downloaded, it still charged me!!! i saw on reddit that many people complained about this
so
i love the concept of a comic bible but it’s AI and it wouldn’t let me read any of it without paying for premium 😒😡😤. The sad part is the the graphics looked really good.
Not free???
Why charge people for an app if it’s to help people to grow closer to Christ . And you can’t even buy the whole thing you have to pay 64 dollars a year!! Seems like goal number 1 is money , goal number 2 is god ✌🏼
Not What I Expected
I like the concept, but I'm not happy that it was created with AI. Some things are VERY off like extra hands and fingers. There's lots of repetitive images. In genesis during the creation days, when there was supposed to be only water there was land included. They have Adam and Eve clothed already and wearing leaves overtop of their clothes after they ate the fruit from the knowledge of good and evil. I checked other chapters in the New Testament and there are other errors too. An illustrated Bible is a concept I like- just there needs to be more attention to detail to be artistically and biblically accurate.

Pay to read the Bible?
Seems like a great app to have other than people having to pay just to read the Bible. It should be free to read the Bible. I can understand paying for special features but aside from that, I think that’s a bit much.
$$.$$
Haven’t even seen how this app works yet and your asking for Money to use it? Wow God’s word should be free.
Pay to read the Bible
Please make this free and ask yourself is this right to charge people to learn from the Bible. I understand where you are coming from but I don’t think this is the right way to profit.
