Just opened the app and already loving it. Personally I get more when I get along with audio. That said, it would be super cool if this app read the comic in character voices. With that addition this app would really separate itself from the rest. Overall good job to the developers

It was advertised as one week free trial, and i cancelled the same day i downloaded, it still charged me!!! i saw on reddit that many people complained about this

i love the concept of a comic bible but it’s AI and it wouldn’t let me read any of it without paying for premium 😒😡😤. The sad part is the the graphics looked really good.

Why charge people for an app if it’s to help people to grow closer to Christ . And you can’t even buy the whole thing you have to pay 64 dollars a year!! Seems like goal number 1 is money , goal number 2 is god ✌🏼
Not What I Expected
I like the concept, but I'm not happy that it was created with AI. Some things are VERY off like extra hands and fingers. There's lots of repetitive images. In genesis during the creation days, when there was supposed to be only water there was land included. They have Adam and Eve clothed already and wearing leaves overtop of their clothes after they ate the fruit from the knowledge of good and evil. I checked other chapters in the New Testament and there are other errors too. An illustrated Bible is a concept I like- just there needs to be more attention to detail to be artistically and biblically accurate.

Pay to read the Bible?
Seems like a great app to have other than people having to pay just to read the Bible. It should be free to read the Bible. I can understand paying for special features but aside from that, I think that’s a bit much.

Be careful!!! They will charge you 2 days before the “free” trial ends. Even if you set a reminder, they take money from you before your trial ends and the kicker is that it’s almost $80!!!’ Shameful!

The regular bible app is so much easier with so many more features and pros. This app requires you to have a subscription to absolutely anything and that highly upsets me. Nobody should have to pay $79 for a yearly plan just to receive the word the lord. The price is definitely not ideal especially for families with a tight budget or money problems. It does not have many features which doesn’t make the price worth it.

Subscription issues
After the free 3 day trial I was charged 69.99 for the year. I. Canceled the subscription to avoid an automatic renewal charge .. however doing that cancelled my subscription and now I can’t even use what paid for. Smh at least give me a refund.
I love the features but not everyone has money
I downloaded this with the idea that the features would be free but as useful as they seemed to be, I unfortunately could not do anything without a subscription. Although the app feels like a very good concept,in practise this just seems disingenuous with the requirement of money. You can grow closer to the Lord in other ways but I had my hopes here and they were let down

AI GENERATED IMAGES
I got reeled in by an AD. I thought actual artists make these images… they don’t, they’re AI generated. There is no consistency for the characters such as Adam & Eve or Paul they’re different almost every verse. This was REALLY DISAPPOINTING. I’m not going to pay $70 dollars a year or $15 a month for an app that uses AI to generated images.
