I don’t know what’s the purpose of the app. No way to communicate with Langham NYC, only locations are all in Asia. No hotel information whatsoever. This app is just…a garbage.

Not so brilliant
Don’t expect too much from Langham loyalty. Despite staying at there hotels frequently throughout Asia over the last 10 years - they still don’t acknowledge my loyalty. These so called loyalty programme are not about loyalty but about your recent spend at the hotels. It is not ever about loyalty over the longer term. The so called loyalty rewards are too difficult for the average guest to achieve. They are only looking at the corporate accounts and don’t care much about other guests. Whilst the properties are generally ok they are often more expensive than competitors for a similar product. I often wonder why I choose to stay at there hotels.

Add to wallet
Hi the add to wallet function is not working, in able to add to apple wallet comes up with an error. Please fix.
