This app has been really useful for students as it allows easy access to our student profile via an app instead of going to the browser version everytime.
One issue is that when we seek forward and backward in a video using the playhead bar, it jumps to random locations i.e,its not precise. Please fix this issue.
It would also be appreciated if 1.75x speed (while watching lectures )option is added to the app.

Very badly made
This app does not work properly, crashes randomly, doesn’t load sometimes, no exit button from videos.

The IOS version of this app need to improve their features on app like download option and 10sec backwards and 10sec frontwards

Video seek issue
When we seek video forward then it goes to backward and sometimes it go to home screen when we use this app
Please do make this available on mac too.
It is way better to watch on pc's than on smartphones

Questions are not in order ie Questions of Physics Chemistry and Biology are mixed while attending exam

*When I open the app , it closes for the first time. I have to open again if I want to use it. It consumes a lot of time and more over patience.
*After writing an exam if I click on ´solutions’ , I get a mixture of questions. i.e, First question will be physics,next question will be che and then bio and then again 4th question will be phy, and the cycle continues. This is so irritating. And time consuming too.
*I tried contacting the officials but their service was idk what to say. They told that they are gonna make it right and now more than 5 months gone and still the VERY SAME ISSUE continues. No one even cares for that . I am very much unhappy.
NB: Although there are technical problems, I can’t avoid praising their lectures. Teachers are amazing. Classes are so beneficial ,helps us a lot. Brilliant Pala is the BEST entrance coaching centre without any doubt.

ENABLE SPLIT SCREEN SUPPORT

Split screen support
As it is a online learning app, split screen support will enable students to use their devices to take notes instead of using 2 devices at the same time ie, one for note taking and the other for watching the lecture. Hope you will look into the suggestion. Thank you. And for the rest, the last update has solved most issues but the app sometimes closes often for a couple times before becoming stable and usable.

Nice Experience.....very convenient
The app is very snappy and is all that is expected from an educational app....but there are issues in giving exams...like all the physics questions cannot be viewed or attended at once...I mean questions are arranged alternatively...phy chem then bio... then again phy CHEM then bio...
Much more convenient than the website on mobile
Idk about writing exams on this but watching videos is more convenient
Exam test report error.
Attempted questions were considered as unattempted after the exam. Also solutions were at times different from real answer key.
