The good old days…

I remember when BAT was a website rather than a “fancy” app. Sure it had some quirks but it worked. This app consistently freezes and has issues scrolling. If I didn’t love the cars and the comments so much I would have never continued using the app. I stayed on the website as long as I could but its performance is now worse than the app.

Locks up after you
page-up.

Great app BUT….

I like this app but the most recent version as of July 11/26 has issues. When trying to view comments, it frequently scrolls back to where it started and when you finally to get to the bottom, it frequently freezes requiring a reload.

Better then intercourse

This app is just way to good

10/10 Would highly recommend!

Great experience. Fast support response. Well curated post.

Scrolling

When scrolling through comments, every time it loads more it loses its place. Started happening after last release.

Buyers are not obligated to complete purchase.

I listed my truck on Bring A Trailer last month and the auction was completed with a winning bid that met the reserve price. The vehicle was sold. However, the buyer became unresponsive immediately following the sale and to date, nearly a month later, Bring A Trailer has made no meaningful attempt to contact the buyer or resolve the situation.

Since the auction closed, I have reached out repeatedly via email and the Bring A Trailer chat platform. The responses I have received are infrequent, approximately every other week, and consist solely of a representative named Krystin directing me to contact the support email. That support email has not responded to me since the day I originally submitted my vehicle listing.

Bring A Trailer has failed to:

- Contact the non-responsive buyer on my behalf
- Refund the auction listing fee I paid
- Remove my listing so I can relist the vehicle on another platform

It has now been nearly a month since the auction closed with zero resolution. Beyond the financial impact, this situation has caused significant time loss and emotional burden.

Any, Any Vehicles

The only thing that is bad for a person who is considered to sell with BaT!!! Absolutely nothing,

Love BaT, but the App Does Not Work

Literally not one single feature of this app works for me. It’s been a whole week and I cannot use anything. Needs a major update. I am better off using the website.

App deep links broken

Can’t click on any of these new auction links as they don’t load in the app. Have to force to mobile web to load. How can your product team not see this?

Fun to scroll and watch

But there’s absolutely no way I’d pay the prices on this site. Just complete fiction

BAT app is good, I have had 3 listings and sold 2.

The only complaint I have is asking for my password every time I sign in. It all started when I received an email from BAT requesting to change my password.
Telephone help was absolutely terrific.

Great auction platform

I love Bring a Trailer!
I’m on it every day
You see a lot of very interesting vehicles and you get a chance at bidding on something that you wouldn’t otherwise
As with most every statement
GLWA!

Purchased 3 cars off BAT first two cars were great, 3rd car purchase was a nightmare.

I purchased a ML63 from Bringatrailer and it has been a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t be writing this review if bringatrailer helped with a resolution and there were consequences for the dealer operating on bringatrailer who sold me the vehicle.

The vehicle was delivered to me with a major active oil leak from the valve cover gaskets that were replaced via carfax 10k miles ago. The seller knew about this and wiped off the oil before photos. The car also has a broken passenger mirror, broken front grill and multiple broken plastic pieces. None of this was listed by the seller.

I paid for the vehicle in full on 3/30/26 and am finally set to receive the title this Friday 4/01/26. I haven’t even driven the car yet and in 2,000 of repairs. I’m scared of what problems I will face with this car next.

Great when logged in. Keeps logging me out. Really a buggy app in my experience.

Non functioning

I love this when it works. I most frequently get an uh oh something went wrong message if I click within the app and I get redirected to the generic home view when I click something of interest from an email alert they’ve sent me. Hugely annoying. No response from customer service either after two messages. I’m dumping the app where I can revert back to just using the website.
