Love BaT, but the App Does Not Work
Literally not one single feature of this app works for me. It’s been a whole week and I cannot use anything. Needs a major update. I am better off using the website.

Can’t click on any of these new auction links as they don’t load in the app. Have to force to mobile web to load. How can your product team not see this?

BAT app is good, I have had 3 listings and sold 2.
The only complaint I have is asking for my password every time I sign in. It all started when I received an email from BAT requesting to change my password.

Purchased 3 cars off BAT first two cars were great, 3rd car purchase was a nightmare.
I purchased a ML63 from Bringatrailer and it has been a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t be writing this review if bringatrailer helped with a resolution and there were consequences for the dealer operating on bringatrailer who sold me the vehicle.
The vehicle was delivered to me with a major active oil leak from the valve cover gaskets that were replaced via carfax 10k miles ago. The seller knew about this and wiped off the oil before photos. The car also has a broken passenger mirror, broken front grill and multiple broken plastic pieces. None of this was listed by the seller.
I paid for the vehicle in full on 3/30/26 and am finally set to receive the title this Friday 4/01/26. I haven’t even driven the car yet and in 2,000 of repairs. I’m scared of what problems I will face with this car next.

Non functioning
I love this when it works. I most frequently get an uh oh something went wrong message if I click within the app and I get redirected to the generic home view when I click something of interest from an email alert they’ve sent me. Hugely annoying. No response from customer service either after two messages. I’m dumping the app where I can revert back to just using the website.

Love the Content
Its a great website. The app is buggy on IPad. It doesn’t refresh well when reopening. It errors out on searches. Have to turn the pad off & back on frequently to get it to work. I have the latest version of the app and ios.
Stellar
The only online place I know where you find educated opinion, courtesy and remarkable vehicles, without the agonizing filtering and disappointment that is the norm elsewhere. Hats off to Bring a Trailer. You got it right.
Frustrating to use
Two main issues are keeping the app from being useable for me.
Whenever I click on a listing and try to return to list of auctions it does not go back to where you left off and the listing you just looked at is nowhere to be found again. I have to scroll forever to find wherever I left off and give up in frustration.
Another issue is while scrolling thru listings there is a slight delay to load the next batch but after a few minutes when It needs to load more it simply gives a error message “oops…” This happens 100% of the time after about 20-30 listings.
