Bad costumer service I order food The food was trash , I asked for a refund they accepted, but never. Delivery take too long and the delivery guy wasn’t polite.

You definitely didn't contact our costumer service since we are not able to make any refunds because we didn't take your money... You probably took it upon yourself to contact the restaurant partner by other ways which resulted in a bad experience. Please keep in mind that we are an online ordering plateforme. NOT a restaurant and NOT a delivery service. And use the PROPER canal to reach us before giving an unjustified bad review. Regards

the app is alright but things like the search bar hahaha. it’s way too small on iphone atleast. got to work more on user experience

L’appli ne fonctionne pas apparemment
J’ai passé commande et je ne l’ai pas reçu. L’application n’a même pas enregistré le paiement.

Application vraiment horrible les touches ne marchent pas il faut appuyer au moins 10fois pour que l’article aille dans le panier et au final beaucoup de temps perdu pour rien car impossible de commander
