Overpriced and underperforming
Still charging $99 for an app that hasn’t been updated in 5 years for maps that are outdated, little to no features. One of the worst address search for NZ I’ve seen even compared to maps built by highschool students for a project

Stuck with an outdated app
Bought a new car in 2014 that came with BringGo as the integrated app for GPS. Road/map changes have always been slow to be updated in the app, but as of 2023 there hasn’t been an update in at least 4 years. Now I’m stuck with outdated maps and GPS because there’s no way to use an alternative app with the car’s screen display.
Unbelievably disappointed and dissatisfied, as I expect there would’ve been a contract with the car manufacturer to use BringGo as its GPS provider and we’re still well within the expected lifespan of the vehicle.

How do I cancel my subscription for this dam app

Do Not waste the $1.50 app download and
Do Not waste $90.00 for continuing use.
I attempted 5 different address not 1 came up as a known address and that is if it stayed connected. I even tried the address after Apple Maps got me there with ZERO HASSEL while parked in the location and the app still couldn't find the address.
Or the app disconnects while entering in an address.
After reading the ratings it's obvious the app builders are only wanting $$$ but not providing customer satisfaction upgrades.
I have requested a refund and suggest anyone who paid for the download does the same.
The only 4-5 Star ratings would have to be friends of the builders or staff as honest feedback shows this does not meet consumer affair standards.
The only reason I gave 1 star was it was easy to find in the app store but it really needs to be deleted

Useless
Purchased this app does not work. Emailed over 2 weeks ago to the support team still waiting for a reply.
This App is a Complete Scam
do NOT download - unless you like spending $90+ on something that doesn’t even work. As soon as my 30 day trial ended and I needed to upgrade it stopped working.
I have tried to contact the app company for support several times over 3 months and - NOTHING no acknowledgment or help of any kind.
it’s disgraceful how this app does business - especially ESPECIALLY when it is the only in-car option for Holden.

I have been extremely happy using Bringo the last 8 years without any major problems, but I have sold my car and want to transfer Bringo to the new owner. How do I do that please

Unable to change home address as new address isn’t listed or down loaded on to maps. Also screen freezes.

Obviously an old app? Only one that works in my Holden so downloaded.. couldn’t even find a street 10 minutes from me. Will be seeking refund
Screen freeze
It took a few days to get used to it. I have found if the screen freeze’s open the app once again while connected to Car. It is much easier if you put the location into favourites, then whilst connected go to favourites select the destination and it calculates the way with no issues.

Hopeless pay money for app and can’t get an email to verify, no one will communicate with you feel absolutely ripped f••king off
Not worthy of even one star
This app did not have the correct name of streets. It froze on my first try. After getting home and getting out of my car my phone starting giving me directions randomly, telling me to turn at streets that weren’t even on the course I had chosen. Useless app.
Not bad in my 2015 Colorado
So far so good hasn’t dropped out or stop working, it’s good but old maps just wandering If we can update the maps to the latest ones
Rubbish app
I’ve lived in my new house for 2 years and they still haven’t had an update to be able to locate my house. Absolute joke. I don’t think this app has had a map update for 5+years , yet they are happy to take your $$$
