I subscribed to purely enable departure gate info. However, the app didn’t update, even when I closed and reopened it.

Must admit I was surprised to see that Bristol airport doesn’t appear to have its own app and instead has this paid app.
Honestly? Don’t bother. It’s essentially useless. It doesn’t show gate details, even if you pay for a subscription.
You’re better off using the Bristol airport website or the departure screens inside the terminal.

Absolute nonsense - Zero stars
Filled with ads as if BRS don’t raise enough revenue from ripping off people for drop-offs and short stay for pick up parking. It’s completely childish and there’s no need to force advertising on people. Users actually need this app for a specific reason, not for playing games, so having unavoidable multiple advertisements get in the way, that cannot be skipped until 10-15 seconds of display is really poor show. Users are trying to organise their lives, they’re not playing Candy Crush or something similar. Get a grip Bristol Airport. Very poor.

As per all other reviews. Plague of ads. As soon as you try to look at a flights information you are presented with some inane bingo app presumably designed for simpletons!
No wonder the airport is in such mess with delays.
Here is a piece of sage of advice for you Bristol Airport
1) Remove all adverts - as you charge £98 for a weeks parking plus £6 for “ priority check in” you can afford it!
2) locate the employee who signed off on this advertisement plague and remove them from your employment
3) use the money saved as per point 2) above to invest in redeveloping the software into something meaningful, efficient, accurate and timely which is actually of some use to your customers
A complete and Utter waste of iphone storage!
No wonder the airport is in such mess with delays.

Don’t waste your time downloading
NO. Really don’t waste your time downloading this app. NEVER updates arrival time of flights always says the flights on time EVEN when it’s OVER an hour late. You’d think the amount Bristol airport makes out of parking alone they could afford a better app. Download load “Flightradar24 “ much better plus it tells you when the flight has taken off AND when its due to land.

Used this App for sometime. Suddenly it’s all adverts and casino. Deleted and reinstalled. Same issue. Such a shame. Morons
Really difficult to close down pop up ads
Has great potential but completely destroyed by pop up ads that are really difficult to close. Really, really annoying and frustrating 👎

Hopeless. Doesn’t show the information you need like boarding/gate etc
Waste of time...
My flight from Bristol was not even displayed! Very limited information, misleading search function. Rubbish. Deleted within 10mins.
Very good app
Really good app, shows Arrivals and Departures, also the plane name (tui etc.) the plane number (eg. TOM7245) if their delayed, what airport there flying to and what time it’s expected to land and fly off. 5 stars!

Instead of looking at this app as providing a service, this developer has clearly placed emphasis on making money from adverts as the basis of this app, and therefore offers no service of value to anyone.

Didn’t work
Downloaded this app. All I got was repeated advertisements - flight info wouldn’t load - so I deleted it straight away
Good informative app!!!
Basic flight arrivals/departures info with excellent search features.
