This app is very poor. The player profiles are out of date, inaccurate and lack information. In comparison with other Premiership clubs it’s an embarrassment

The app is generally fine but the information presented needs to accurate for the app to be worthwhile. Fixtures are being presented but the team member information is still dated

The ticketing app
Rubbish, never been able to transfer tickets and completely clunky and unintuitive

Hi there, please note that ticketing is opening a web view. The app is no longer in control once the web view is opened, and as such, does not handle any part of the ticketing process. Women Hidden by Default
First, this does not tell me where to watch a match online.
Second, the DEFAULT SETTING disables seeing the women’s matches AND there is not a setting to disable the men. Seems like something you should fix.

Hi there, when the app makes calls to the stats provider, at a minimum, we receive the Mens Fixtures and Results, so we are unable to turn this off. We were also asked to only show the Mens fixtures by default, but we will see what we can do about making it more obvious that additional fixtures can be enabled. Kind regards

App & info are very poor. Nothing except fixtures! Just signed biggest Insta/TikTok star & nothing on this page about it!!!

cant get tickets on the app
The app has stopped working and I can’t get my match tickets. not good enough

You can’t access any of your membership info and it’s such a clunky, badly thought through app and mobile website - pointless experience

I am using the app on an iPhone with the latest iOS
The apt occasionally drops straight back out on loading.
It also drops out a lot , almost every time, in the fan zone etc.
Apart from that superb. Use it all the time.
