I happily paid $20 for this app to listen to uk radio but then find if I want to stop the ads I have to pay an extra $30?!? I PAID for the app, it should already be ad free!!!!

It was so good I paid not to have the adverts,then a few months in it would work for a couple of minuits then turn itself off.After trying to get in touch three times no joy in contacting them I tried again but just got a stupid reply,

None stop fantasticnes, just love the tunes that bring back so many memories of my youth, plus the tunes that I never got the chance to listen to back then, and all the music that I could not afford to buy ❤️👍🏾🙏🏾.
App is useless
Ever since the update, the app just keeps crashing after a few seconds. I paid for the full version a few months ago and never had issues until the recent update. Good when it worked!
Support has now stopped responding so raised with Apple.
Better apps out there that work, don’t waste your money on the ad free version 👌🏼

Am struggling to connect to lbc,heart london,smooth via my iPhone, ipad, and Alexa - it was all working last week and now it won’t connect . I’m abroad in South Africa and have never had a problem. It won’t connect via global player either , so frustrating
