Not A Free App
Literally can’t even look at the map page without having to “upgrade”. Just put in the price for the app right on your App Store page, maybe why i should buy this rather than the “official” BM app (also not free), and stop with the sleazy “in-app purchases” sales tactics.

Most audios are not available in this app, it’s not worth paying.

It feels like a scam, asking for £3.99.
Money oriented from the start
I appreciate the museum is free to enter, however having only downloaded the app for the map, I was disappointed to see that you have to pay to unlock even this basic information.
Everything is hidden behind in app purchases (which is always underhand) and without paying the whole app is completely useless.

Free app useless
This app has only very basic features which is misleading in the layout on this page. Don’t be sucked in. This content is free on a laptop.
No audio
App billed as same as the rentalable guide but you don’t have to return. Well, there’s no audio with this, which was my primary reason to download and buy

If you want to see anything, you have to pay. It is not useful.

Not as bad as some, but clearly written by an intern who doesn't have English as his or her first language.

There's more detail in the museum labels than in many items in this app. Not worth it.
Auch mit Vollversion völlig nutzlos
Ich war so dumm, die Vollversion zu laden in der Hoffnung, man bekäme damit etwas gleichwertiges wie einen Audio Guide und eine Navigationshilfe im Museum. Mitnichten. Die Vollversion liefert lediglich einige Bildchen mehr mit Beschreibungen, die nicht besser sind als die an den Objekten. Die deutschen Übersetzungen der Beschreibungen sind ausgesprochen schlecht. Auch die Tourvorschläge sind nicht besser als die in einem ordentlichen Reiseführer. Was haben sich die Entwickler dieser App denn eingebildet?
