This is my favorite coffee shop within miles and their app is as user friendly as national chains!

So the app works fine and it’s easy enough to navigate. My issue is that you don’t get any notification letting you know that your order is ready. Every time I order ahead, whether it’s for pickup in-store or drive-thru, the employees seem to have no idea about my order then I have to wait for them to make it. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead is so that the order is ready once I get there to pick it up.
