Slow UX and can’t connect account
Me and my husband ordered food from here before and you used to be able to use guest account. Now you have to enter phone number and for both of our phone numbers it says they are associated with something else but no way to connect.

Rude bartender
Salad was missing from my sandwich and pizza to go order. I informed the bartender of the missing salad. When she brought me the salad, she said “Here’s another salad” and basically accused me of lying. She said the salad is usually in the same box as the sandwich but it wasn’t. I looked under the aluminum foil before going back in but no salad. Your staff should ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly prior to releasing to the customer and apologize for your mistake instead of accusing the customer. Check your cameras! Great food but horribly rude and disrespectful service. I’ll be sure to share my poor experience with my colleagues and family. How rude!

AMAZING Pizza TRASH app
Please hire real app developers. You are hurting your customers with this crew. Login experience is complicated and unnecessary. I should not need a password to order pizza. Add checkout as guest. Also use modern auth. Plug into PayPal, Apple Pay, google pay, anything. This feels like an app that comes with a future class action lawsuit because all of our personal information was leaked kind of dev team.
