The Lease Auction Portal, an application facilitating the tendering and auctioning process related to rentable state-owned real estates, has been developed and operated by the Hungarian National Asset Management Inc. since 2020. The Lease Auction Portal is an application that allows the auctioning process related to rentable state-owned real estates to be conducted in a closed system and in accordance with the predefined parameters. Every Hungarian citizen who is registered on the Central Authentication Agent (KAÜ) site, has the right to place bids on the Lease Auction Portal for rentable state-owned real estates either in his/her own name or on behalf of a business organisation.
