Can’t get in
Believe the other reviews about not being able to get back in after getting a premium subscription. You go to open the app—hit Restore and NOTHING! The developers have said it’s fixed but it is NOT fixed. I just updated the app five minutes ago hoping that would fix it and still…NOPE! Very shady!

Whatever happened to optimizing an app as I can’t Phaethon downloading a 650mg game on my kids iPhone 11 that only has 64GB less 10GB Apple iOS etc as much as I think this would benefit anyone over 13 NOT every family gives a 13/14 year old son & daughter new iPhones yearly.
Appreciate your partnership with AppAdvice but again just can’t see loading this onto their devices as they’d much rather the space for SnapChat & TikTok + music etc.

App doesn’t let me in
Excuse me.. I am an old user (since 2022) of the app. I had a pause in practising and then tried again now.
But the app doesn’t let me in and advices me to buy a yearly subscription.

update: no it is not "fixed." this is deceptive and defamatory. just to get that $90/yr out of one customer who already has legal rights to use it. just trying to squeeze money. i have LEGAL RIGHTS to use it. legally i am able to. LEGALLY i can sue. so DO IT or i might SUE you. STOP scamming me.

Hi there, We had a small issue, it was fixed same day.
unable to open the app
couple of weeks ago i updated this app and could not open it at all. it freezes at the logo screen and nothing else. so today i updated the app hoping it running again. but i came across same problem. came here to check the comments to see if anyone else had my problem and i was like “are u guys actually playing??!” please dev team, release us from this madness! thank you. great work.

Fun plus awesome customer service
I had been playing the game for months and after a recent update I could not load the game so I reached out to customer support. They responded very quickly and said an update for a bug was awaiting an approval. The next day there was another update. I still had an issue trying to play the game and again wrote to customer support and had another quick response and they were able to get me up and running again. It was such a great experience to have customer support quickly and pleasantly help a customer. It is a rare experience in todays world that a company really cares. Thank you customer support!!

Great games, but buggy
The collection of games addresses a large number of brain activities. However, at least a few games have bugs and either can’t be completed at all or cause mistakes when playing. For example, Follow Pro always stops working (no blocks appear) when a certain number of points is reached. Sometimes restarting the game works. Sometimes it doesn’t. In Atoms, objects can’t be tapped at higher levels when multiple layers appear. It’s like the hotspots or clickable objects are covered up by the layer of objects on top of them. If these bugs were fixed, I’d give BRN 5 stars for sure!
UPDATE: Great support from the developers! Still some bugs in Atoms (unable to tap dots on levels with multiple layers/colors and Follow Pro freezes in the middle. Up to 4 stars for customer support.

Got this when it was free. ‘Games’ start with poor/no instructions and then a parade of ads. Promptly deleted.
