App reflects customer service
Why no efforts to update the app at all, items added to basket disappear, restaurant complain from app and they donโt check it unless you call.

Broken App, full incompetence
Put in my mobile number for the first time to make an account it said already registered.
Tried to say โforgot my password,โ nothing happened the app is just stuck. Tried using someone else in the households phone number also already registered. Clearly thereโs a bug in their system. Tried doing it on the website, same problems.
This much hassle to order pizza is unnecessary. Luckily thereโs plenty of competition.
