When something is wrong with the broadcast, he never know it until it’s too late
Unstable
Search function bombs as soon as I type the first letter of the search. Reverts to the app screen on Apple TV.
App no longer stores favorites.
App now has no sound. Video is perfect but no sound. Deleted and reloaded the app with no success with sound or any of the other issues.
Tried to log in again but but doesn’t recognize my sign in and does not send a reset code.

Horridly unreliable app
App continually crashes after beginning to stream, even on updated iOS, along with overheating, landscape/portrait orientation issues, and other issues Boxcast will feign as ‘user errors’. Look at Larix and other apps that are much more reliable and integrate with Boxcast.
Cannot create an account
Simply won’t allow me to create an account
Garbage
Whoever designed this app should never code again. New users aren’t even prompted to make an account and the Google verification doesn’t work.
Always logging me out
No option to keep me signed in to app. Every time I need access to the app it’s to quickly do something, but having to log in every time makes it a not so quick process and therefore super annoying when in a pinch.
Great App
I love the app, but I hate that it logs me off. I use the app so I can pull the app up and I’m on it, it is getting old having to login almost every time I pull the app up.

Buggy
This app is buggy. It crashes on startup more often than not and makes me sign in every time I open it. For my purposes it is unusable.

Can’t send link in iPad mini
The picture and quality is good for our filming needs and it is convenient to have a link for sharing film. However, in the iPad mini version there is some sort of glitch where we are unable to share the link from the app. We have to instead log in on our phones to share the link.
Great App. Responsive Customer Service
I used this app a few weeks ago to livestream a meditation service from my iPad 4 mini. It was super easy to set up and viewers thought the audio and video quality were great. Unfortunately, when I logged back into the app a couple days ago after an update, the app crashed every time I tried to open it. After trying a bunch of stuff to troubleshoot, I finally decided to use the chat feature on the Boxcast website to get help. They responded right away with a suggestion that fixed the problem.

Good app but some flaws
Why the paranoia about logging the user out after 24 hours? If someone is truly concerned about security, why can’t they log themselves out after using the app? What is the worst that someone can do?
The release notes for the latest version say that you can edit more things using the mobile app but I did not see anything added. You still cannot add backgrounds be in the mobile app and this is a great inconvenience. I don’t like having to use a computer to setup the livestream.

App good but it keeps logging me off
App does well but it keeps logging me off. Can it be fixed to keep me logged in?
Where is boxcast app?
I tried to download but was stuck on screen to create a broadcast. I’m trying to watch a broadcast not create one. I only found boxcaster.
Basic
The app is basic and needs more accessibility for things such as account deletion options.
