Disrespectful CEO
I wrote the CEO multiple times, explaining that the APP on my phone was not working, however the free version on my IPAD was working. Shereplied multiple times telling me her software is working fine. Finally I told her she isn’t listening to what I am saying, AND I need a refund. She writes me back, calls me curse word, and literally talks trash, says I won’t sue, etc…completely disrespectful and disgusting way to speak to a disabled veteran!

Scam! Scam! Scam!
They call this a PRO version but still want you to pay $15 a month to listen to archives and features are less than what you get by using a web browser. Do not pay WASTE OF $$$$

I used to love this app. Lately, even with my phone on full volume, the app is hard to hear.

Broadcastify is offline in Muskegon MI. And has been for quite a while. I’m not seeing any sense in keeping the app on my phone.
Recent issue
Using the iOS app on iPhone 13 suddenly it doesn’t want to play. I have to press the play button several times before it starts. Sometimes it works when I press and hold the play button.
Pro subscription too pricey.
Though this app, in the past, started out nicely, the pro cost is way, way too high. I can buy a regular scanner for $50.00, and not get Ads, and most importantly, get my favorite channel without problems. At $4.99/month, it’s a rip-off.

Where did my feed go?
I’ve had this app for awhile now and it has always worked flawlessly,A few days ago the only feed I listen to stopped playing and hasn’t worked since.It shows to be scanning but it’s silent,I left it on a few days and never heard a thing.I got out my old handheld and it’s picking up fine I just like the app for convenience.

We have enjoyed Broadcastify for awhile now. But recently tried to use it, said I should sign in, even though never signed out. Tried the password I thought. Messaged. Received an email several times providing a link to reset. Go to link, and nothing happens. We are about ready to give up on it. Which is a shame, it WAS helpful.

Paid for app - no longer works. One channel I listen to is stuck in a continuous loop. They haven’t updated the app in 3 years.

Something isn’t right
I don’t know if there was a recent update, but now my app is really sketchy. When I try to stop streaming it turns itself right back on. When I open the app after it not being used for a while it will tell me I’ve been streaming for a long period of time (hours!) yet there’s no audio being played. It is doing some random number thing, it flashes between two different sets of very different numbers where the online time is. It gave some random dispatch numbers yesterday while streaming that it’s never done before. I don’t know what’s going on with this app but it is definitely doing some very weird things. All within the past week give or take a day or two.

Scam or honest business?
The owner posted on a public forum acknowledging they were unable to keep providing app support for free users and advised everyone to toward the paid service. Now the paid app does the same crash and stop playing that the old free app did - are they collecting our money and running or is this going to be resolved?

Broadcastify Pro app not working for pro features
This used to be free. Archives is a paid subscription of Radioreference.com. If you paid for it already why is the app making you pay add’l $2.99. And when you log in it does not recognize you. And the pro features will not work. Purchased this app and it still does not recognize the log in on the phone app. Only on the laptop it will let me log in. Please fix this.

I don’t know how this app works for other areas of the country, but in North Las Vegas all you get is a little broken up bits of conversation. Useless.
