While this app/product tended to have its bugs, it was mostly working, until it wasn’t. The developers no longer update the app and have rendered the interface useless to interact with the plugs. The plugs themselves still work and do still use any old programming/timers previously set in them, but the app will only function on an older outdated/unsupported Apple device, if you still had one. Unfortunate for those of us who invested into multiple plugs, as many of us do.

Doesn’t seem to work any more.
App crashes
Worked fine when I first brought the plugs but now the app crashes when you select the plug you want to configure. Another example of a company that abandons their product after being paid.
Stealing clipboard data
Be careful with this app. It is getting a copy of your clipboard for no reason when you run the app. Good way to collect usernames/passwords etc. disappointing.
Malware
After installing the app and trying to set up my device I was notified by my router that the app was acting maliciously on my iPhone. It was described as “ET Malware Observed Malicious SSL Cert (Acme co)”.
Used to be a good app
This was my favourite app because I live abroad and have set lights of the house to turn on at night. Now they are on all day and I can’t switch them off or on. Any time I tap an icon of a device the app crashes.
Please fix it because this makes your devices useless!!! DOES ANYONE READ THESE FEEDBACKS AT ALL?????

Just crashes when I select a device
Used to work well but now just crashes whenever I select a device from my iPhone 11 …
Still works OK on my old iPad though.

Developer does not keep the app updated and now with new iPhone updates the broad link controller plugs are useless. Don’t buy

Broken app for a while..
This app KINDA used to work, would randomly shut off but would function well. Now with most recent iOS update, app won’t even open.

Can no longer use app. Constant crashing
I have so many of these devices in now after that I they all stopped working. The app crashes anytime used ☹️
Fix required…
When are you going to fix this app? It makes no sense that it is in the Apple App Store and is failing to work properly. Every time you select an appliance, the app immediately crashes and closes.
Will not reset my password
I have been using this for a few yrs. Have maybe seen only a few updates in the pass 3 yrs. I’m upset because I’ve had 8 WiFi plugs on this app. None of them work anymore. Tried to reset PW and it says failed connecting to network. Funny cause everything else I have works now prob. But this app. Now when I open app it just crashes. Turns off. So had to move to Smart-Life. Flawless to this day. Everything works. Sad they could not keep up with this app. I give it 2 stars because I got a few yrs out of it. If anyone is looking for a better app. Smart-Life or plenty more out there. Good luck.

Not working with new phone or iOS?
Hello. App worked great for years. Now with new phone and newer iOS on old phone. App simply closes (crashes) when I select one of my devices. Any idea why? Thanks
