Awful Company
If you want an app that fails to load continuously or that will play for 10 seconds and then freeze this is your app! If you’re lucky they tricked your HOA into signing a 10 year contract with no performance guarantees. I’ve paid Broadstar for years and can never rely on any of their products to actually work.

Awesome- Didn’t Know This Existed
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟So, BroadstarTV came with our HOA internet and cable deal. Wasn't expecting much, but it's actually pretty cool. It's easy to use, has a lot of different stuff to watch, and the picture quality's surprisingly good. If I miss a show, I can just catch up later, which is handy. Haven't had any trouble with it buffering, even though my internet's not the best. Needed help with my account once and customer service was decent. Didn't think I'd use it much, but I've been on it more than I thought. Pretty convenient to have, especially since it's already part of what we're paying for. Worth checking out if you've got it through your HOA.
