Can’t forget - breach DPDO?
V clunky app - just doesn’t flow well from movies and screen choice through to ticket & seat booking process.
Also impossible to close account and can’t exercise right to be forgotten - surely in breach of HK’s DPDO (eg inappropriate withholding of my info).
Fix it, please, ASAP.

Ridiculous!
By far the worst app I've used in a while! Show you an ad to begin with, then totally confusing process to get a cinema ticket. Way easier elsewhere

Ummm...
This is completely in another language. I didn't even know they had palace theaters in other countries! Oh, well. Hopefully there's an English version. It looks like a really cool app if you speak this language.
