Fantastic interface
Great app with clear sections to get you the information you need. Accessing my tickets was so simple and the app makes keeping up with all things Broadway a breeze!
Can’t even sign in
The old app was limited in its utility, but at least it let you sign in. This is a huge disappointment.
Awful App
Most of the time you can’t even see your tickets. It’s awful and getting worse. Really poor customer service experience.
Allow plenty of time to transfer tickets!
This app needs some attention! If Fox wishes to use this as their primary mode of ticketing, it really needs to be more user friendly. And if you want to transfer tickets, it is a very clunky process that takes way more time than it ought to!
Needs work
The app is pulling information from an old Broadway ATL account associated with an old email address and won’t allow me to sign in with a new email address associated with my Ticket Master account. I have deleted the app a few times hoping it would fix the problem without success. I have to download the app to my wife’s phone (or a friend’s phone) to access my tickets - huge obstacle.

It literally took less that one minute to download the app, find my tickets, and add them to my wallet! We are ready for the show!!
