Love the app, easy to access tickets and they always have fun trivia and giveaways!
Not a good app
This app is NOT user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Not intuitive at all. I do not like it.
Just Awful! Does Not Work Well At All!
There has *not* been any improvement to this app with the Feb 11 Ticketmaster update. Note my iPhone is updated to iOS 15.3.1 so, no grief about making sure my phone runs the current iOS version please.
Pain in the backside to log into your BroadwaySJ account from the splash page. You have to tap on an ad for a show then pull down the menu to get a log in page.
As a season ticket holder I was told to log into my account, delete any digital tickets in my Apple Wallet that there not a teal colored. Instead of downloading the teal colored ticket to my Apple Wallet I was sent to a screen containing what I imagine is the text for the Java script or some other programming language. *Then* I was unceremoniously logged out of my account. So, now I have to call BroadwaySJ to get *paper* tickets for the upcoming shows.
Please do something about fixing these issues.

Can’t log in
Was this app user-tested at all? Cannot login as the “info” screen covers all the login entry fields. Useless.

The login screen has this big info message that covers the login in button so I can’t login and get my tickets. What a waste. I’ll just use apple wallet.
