Great idea but…
The underwriting is not correct in many cases which deems that part entirely useless. Would give 5 stars if underwriting would be fixed but not worth the price as is.
So many hidden fees
Charged me an extra 30$ a months for something I never signed up for
The Updates
Constant, constant demands to update the app, almost every time I decide to use it. I’m frequently on the go so I don’t have time to connect to wifi in order to update Broker 360, nor do I have enough data to do so while I’m on the road (did I mention that updating apps takes forever when using data to do it?). And unless the app has the latest updates, it can’t be used. Your developers need to find a way to make updates less frequent and disruptive to the average broker’s day.

The app support tab does not work. I’ve downloaded the app but does not give me an option to set up account. I tried forgot password but it never emails me. I’ve watched some videos and this app looks like what I have been looking for, please advise,
Great App/Issues Signing up
The concept is awesome and I’ve heard nothing but good reviews about the app. I’m having issues trying to sign up. I emailed customer support. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll keep you updated.
