One of the best apps - a MUST for any property owner in the uae
This is one of the best apps I’ve come across hands down. It’s a MUST for any property owner in the UAE. I used to get minimum 1 call or WhatsApp message every 48 hours, now I get 1 every 10 days to 2 weeks.
Another great feature is that for any that still get through, you can report it. This is unavoidable here since so many businesses keep changing mobile numbers, and also use non-business numbers to make unsolicited calls (which is actually illegal) so you can help by adding it on the app and updating Broker Blockers database for future blocking.
If there was something I could ask for, it would be if Broker Blocker could find a way to work with RERA to automatically report all blocked calls. Making unsolicited calls to owners’ personal numbers, who’s properties aren’t even listed publicly, is illegal and in violation of RERA laws. So if they could find a way to work with them and report all numbers in their database it would be a great help - get rid of the weeds from the root so to speak.

Almost zero spam calls in a week. Easy to use and effective. Highly recommend for peace of mind.
This app works and should be supported
Love this app. Does exactly what the name says. Ever since I’ve downloaded this, calls from real estate, stock traders etc have dropped. I used to get about 3-8 calls a week, this has come down to 1 call every 45 days. I like how new numbers get added every day and how the community helps grow their database.

The app works very effectively, now I am getting missed calls messages from telecom service rather than annoying phone calls.
Regained peace of mind
I was going to give up my 10 years old number until broker blocker came to rescue me….a must have app if you are bothered by UAE real estate agents
