Отмена брони

Ошибочно оформил бронь на неверную дату и сразу обратился в поддержку с просьбой отменить её. Бронь аннулировали, но предоплату не вернули.

Получается, отмена по инициативе клиента фактически означает потерю всей предоплаты — даже при обращении в день бронирования. Пока вопрос не урегулирован, сервис рекомендовать не могу.
