Making an appointment for several lab test

My doctor ordered five labs &when I tried to make the appointment it had me do it for five different times which is going to look like I have five appointments when I’ll only be there one time for a draw.

I used to be able to see my upcoming test procedures, now there is no dates to show...just schedule it with no due date. Also tab to see upcoming tests are done.
