This is easy to understand and use, and because Bronx Yoga Lab actually updates and pays attention to their scheduling, the calendar is the most useful element - reservations are real and accurate.

I was visiting family for the holidays and was concerned about not being able to deepen my practice being away from my home studio in California. My parents recommended this amazing black women own studio and the rest is history! The instructors are incredible and the classes can be very challenging too! I’ve learned and enjoyed so much in these first two weeks here!
