App has many issues
The very bad:
App and device drop connections constantly since 3.04 update.
More Bad:
There is no support or way to contact developer.
Additional Bad:
There is now a subscription for features and there is no clear way to manage it in the app. Why bury a feature you are advertising?
There is also a constant ad popup for the subscription even if you already subscribed.
Bad UI
Many times UI components are in 2 different languages and you are left to guess what they do. Some UI setting are only found if you scroll to the very bottom of the list. Please work with a UI designer to better stream line functions and provide cross language tutorials and instructions.
Why is this app not under the the main Brooks account seems very odd.

Rubberbanding
Not sure if it’s this app or the firewall. I haven’t been able to spoof globally for 2 days now. Hopefully i can get it to work again somehow. I’m on IOS 26.5.2.

Awful UX
AVOID USING THIS APP
The remote gadget costs 80 USD on Amazon and doesn’t connect to device properly 70% of the time. When it does you can use the app but your location rubber bands 50% of the time…. And now you guys want your users to pay a sub for the already awful user experience.
