I crush su apple sono troppo frequenti. Vari errori di caricamento token nella sezione progressi, credenziali da reinserire più volte e mancata sincronizzazione con il calendario nonostante l’attivazione dei permessi. Davvero troppi bug. Consiglio aggiornamenti la domenica quando i club sono chiusi.

Metto due stelle SOLO perché a me l’applicazione non funziona da 2 giorni. I trainers mi stanno aiutando a prenotarmi le sessioni, però mi piacerebbe che l’applicazione torni a funzionare
Not possible use the app
For 2 entire days I was not able to perform any action on the app, just seen the loading of the page without any resolution. This does not allow me to use the app, to see the sessions and of course to book a session or to see anything like I was not subscribed. This is pretty annoying moreover since the management of the service is entirely accessible via app and no other way.

Ho fatto l’allenamento di prova e subito dopo ho sottoscritto l’abbonamento direttamente dall’app! Nonostante sia indicato l’abbonamento illimitato, non mi permette di prenotare le lezioni, mi dice che devo comprare i singoli allenamenti.. cambierò la recensione solo a problema risolto.. per favore aiutatemi

Problemi dopo aggiornamento OS
Dopo l’aggiornamento ad iOS 18.6.2 a me l’app non funziona più.
App inaccesible
En la última actualización rompieron la app para el iPhone Pro Max. Después del splash screen queda en negro. Si necesitan que alguien se las arregle, me contactan. Es inaceptable que lleve días así.
App geht nicht
Seit zwei Tagen funktioniert die App bei mir nicht mehr. Lediglich ein schwarzer Bildschirm ist zu sehen.

Ottima esperienza che faccio da un paio di anni a Milano,esercizio per corpo e mente !! Peccato per la app che ha continui down. Oggi ad esempio,non si apre da stamane
Fehlerhafte App
Erst Probleme bei der Synchronisation des Kaufs mit der App. Bestätigung der Kursbuchung erst 24 h später per Mail und taucht dann erst auch 24 h später in der App auf. Keine Benachrichtigung bei Stornierung! Geht doch ans Telefon oder macht eine App, die funktioniert :(

Probetraining war super.
Ich habe deshalb in der App ein Flex Abo gemacht, das ich monatlich kündigen kann. Doch kündigen ist in der App & auf Website nicht möglich und auch nicht vorgesehen. Gibt keine Funktion dafür!!!
Man kann dem Studio nur eine Mitteilung senden. Auch darauf kriegte ich nie eine Reaktion.

Praktisch und datensicher! — Practical and data secure!
Ich nutze die App seit Ende November 2024 und finde sie sehr gut! Am besten gefällt mir, dass sie tatsächlich – im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Apps – keine Daten zieht! Sie macht nur das, was sie soll: Ich kann darüber meine Sessions organisieren, mich mit Personen verbinden und meinen Ergebnisse anschauen (wenn ich das möchte). Mehr braucht es nicht, für alles andere (Kündigung, Pause etc.) erwarte ich keine App. Das kann ich besser per E-Mail/WhatsApp erledigen. Das ist großartig, DANKE!

It only does what it's supposed to: I can use it to organise my sessions, connect with people and view my results (if I want to). Habe mich Anfang des Jahres nach einem Probetraining hier angemeldet, mir wurde versichert, dass ich ganz einfach über die App kündigen kann, der Kündigungslink funktioniert aber nicht.
Per Mail ist keiner erreichbar, also habe ich über meine Trainerin gekündigt, doch auch nach der Kündigungsfrist wurde weiterhin Geld von meinem Konto abgebucht. Für 90€ im Monat erwarte ich nicht so ein asoziales Verhalten seinen Kunden gegenüber.

Complicated credit system, can’t follow what’s getting deleted and what I have paid
Once in, difficult to be out. I couldn’t cancel the subscription, I had to cancel my credit card so the auto payments can stop. Also, the amount charged wasn’t what we agreed. It was very difficult and disappointing process. Time could be handled less strict, something you buy expires quickly.
Scammers
Scammers. Do not sign up. They make it impossible to cancel and will take a 100 bucks a month from you. Very questionable business practices. DO MOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR BANK DETAILS!
Can’t cancel subscription in app
Unfortunately one can not pause or cancel the subscription in the app. They want you to contact the studio for that.
