My print keeps cutting off
Frustratingly slow
I find the Brother printer very difficult to connect to the network, it keeps dropping and going into Deep Sleep mode.
Slow and doesn’t connect
It literally shows my printer on the app and when I click to print something like a photo or file it says cannot be found, then how was I able to connect to it in the first place to get the printer as an option. This printer sucks and having to download an app just for it to function is just dumb. I regret getting this printer the day I got it. It’s here and there where it works which is amazing literally same process I do every time but almost every single time it always says cannot connect and to do something if it is connect but doesn’t want to print. Like huh? How did it work 3 days ago now it’s saying no more. Slow app, dumb printer, then instead of fixing the issue they just tell you where to go for YOU to fix THEIR issue

Worst printer app and platform I have ever used. My 10 year old brother printer from 2016 is easier than this industrial hot dog sucker

Once the printer is set up on the network it doesn’t show up on the phone, tablet or laptop. It’s connected periodically but disconnects usually frequent.

My old Brother printer died. I bought the updated model that was supposed to be compatible with my computer. It isn’t. Tried to hook it up via Wifi with my phone. Doesn’t work that way either. Absolutely useless App!
