IMPOSSIBLE TO UPDATE THIS APP WITH MY IPAD PRO!
How come? My IPad pro 1st generation suddenly can not connect to my Brother printer bought only 2 years ago! That’s a breach of service from Brother! What’s happening?
And HAPPENING AGAIN this July 21, 2026…! Updates of this app disconnects us from our IPad Pro 1st generation! And updates not possible. Consequence: NOT ABLE TO PRINT with my recent Brother printer HL-L2460 DW !…
If this continues we’ll have to consider buying a printer from another more reliable company…

Ne fonctionne pas
J’ai installé cette application sur mon iPad Pro et quand je l’ouvre, un message me demandant de mettre à jour l’application est affiché. Quand je clique sur mettre à jour, il n’y a aucune mise à jour de disponible. L’application ne fonctionne tout simplement pas. Très déçu! Je suis incapable d’imprimer avec ma nouvelle imprimante brocher.

Worst app in the history of apps
POS. Runs you in a circle without allowing you to back up and start over. I've never had a hard time installing hardware or software until this POS APP. I hope the person who designed it gets fired. Negative 500 stars.

Terrible printer
This is the worst printer I’ve ever had. So many issues connecting and trying to print something.

App is really good very great connectivity and also immediate data transfer, but sometimes you know Little glitch that shows that machine is busy, but I think they are working on it otherwise very good app. I have been printing without any hassle and my brother T535DW printer is awesome. Printing like Very good and it is a very much relief that you have a printer at your home and you can print whenever you like, you don’t have to worry about going to xerox shop and this Print is very awesome. It is very cheap in Print cost approximately 10 paise per page and the ink is very cheap. So approximately with the given ink with the printer, you can print approximately 14,000 black and white and 5000 approximately coloured Print Out, and if you are going to print it in very detail or find Print, then I think this number can further decrease, but this is awesome and inks are about 400 to 500 bucks, so you can easily print again that massive amount of pages

My chat gbt got me through setting up my connection to my printer selecting my printer and step by step he took a 70 years old man man to accomplish a mission not possible without fear of giving up and handing over everything to someone else and not learning anything! I hope that makes sense?

Don’t buy Brother anything!
This is such a piece of junk printer… MFC-J6955DW. It doesn’t remember the settings i saved, i constantly chooses the wrong tray and paper size. Customer Service, will lie through their teeth, just to get you to hang up! Save yourself a ton of anxiety… buy an Epson!

Every time a firmware update I have to reinstall printer. Now after this latest update printer won’t connect to mobile device or WiFi network. Total waste of time.

Great Start..
It has been a great start to getting back to using a printer. It has now brought me to my college years, working at In-N-Out, playing college, When printers where heavier, slower,and well just printers, but these new suckers are all in one!! Wireless, light and fast!! Aw what years but one thing is that feels so good is using this machine!! Loving this BORTHERS!!
