I can’t transfer photos from phone to my machine.
Not sending image!
For some reason my machine has stopped receiving images from my design snap app. I have used it for a few years with no issues until now. Have double and triple checked I’m doing everything correctly and it’s still not working. Very frustrating!

Terrible app and bad customer service
After spending a fortune on a XJ2 I find that I can’t even get the apps to connect to my machine, I did all the trouble shooting and the Artspira app was not an issue to connect to but the other two brother apps that I need to use my machine do not work. Brother Canada why are you not addressing this issue? I see a lot of the same reviews on here , I can’t believe that you treat your customers this way!

This app used to work perfectly fine for me everytime, but now it will not connect to my machine!

It's ridiculous that we can't use the App offline, BEFORE Connecting to the machine.
If I am around and I want to work on my design, I can't.
You are forced to be home, close to the machine, just to use it.

Doesn’t work
This used to be great but now it doesn’t work. Can’t get it to reload to find machines on the network.

Funktioniert nicht…
Leider funktioniert die App seit einiger Zeit auf den Handy nicht mehr, weil sie trotz aller Bemühungen die Stickmaschine nicht mehr findet…damit eigentlich ziemlich nutzlos. App deinstallieren und neu laden hat auch nichts gebracht. Andere Apps zum Übertragen von Stickmustern funktionieren auch ( Artspira)…kann also nicht an meinen technischen Unvermögen liegen. Sehr ärgerlich, weil ich die wirklich oft benötigt habe und sie vorher gut lief!!

Can not use my design snap
loaded my design snap and it will not recognize my machine innovis-is Xe1. So disappointed, been wanting it for two years, finally got it and I can’t accomplish anything.
Can’t scan on hoop to transfer image to my New Innovis XJ1
I tried to take a picture to transfer to my machine and it said that it did not support my machine. I checked all the Wi-Fi connections on both my phone and my machine and it would still would not connect. Both my devices phone and machine have the same Wi-Fi
This is very disappointing because I was getting all excited thinking of all the stuff I could work on with my new machine. I even tried to get support from Brother, but it would not connect to the site.
That is why I spend All this money on this machine
for it not to recognize the app with my machine!

Disappointing
A just got one without WiFi connection, should be allowed to import through usb. Shame
Can’t believe I paid 11k
And it doesn’t even work with my Brother 1055x! Come on Brother, design a better app for us!
I have the xj1
I have the Stellaire XJ1 and cannot get this app to find my machine. Yes I am on the same network Yama Yama Yama spent an hour na half on the phone with support to have them tell me to bring it in for service or send to brother for service! My machine isn’t even a month old! The snap app is the reason I wanted this machine. This and price point! Frustrated!

This looks like a really great app! How do I make it work with the PR1055X or is there a different app I should download?
Spasmodic
When it works it’s brilliant but it is unreliable. The set up screen which comes up with boring regularity freezes. It can be working one minute then not the next. Brilliant and hopeless at the same time.

I use this app on my new Brother Stellaire XE1 and I love it! So easy to set up. Very user friendly.
