Total disappointment
I’m sorry but i will never use Brobnb again nor will I recommend.
Too long to explain reasons and do not want to relive what I went through by explaining.
Almost similar experience as the rest of the others.
It caused me a lot of frustrations when I tried for weeks! I also had others help me try with their own devices to no success. And you are still sending me booking notifications as I write, when nothing worked.
Please stop the notifications!

Great concept… but
My 1st experience is not satisfactory. I tried to get customer support on the app. As a guest it’s not a user friendly app. So if there is a way to get customer support, i cannot find it. I looked into the app just now and it says it NOT a secure app. That the information such as passwords and personal data we enter is at risk. Currently my host is slow to respond and is not professional. Looks like this is my first and last time using BRO BNB 😞. This tiny house I’ve booked is from the 4th to the 12th of October. And it remains to be seen- but I think now with a Cate 5 hurricane threatening and possibly adversely affecting Palm Beach County, I will not be able to stay for a couple of days. I don’t feel safe here. Plus the gates are blowing open and anyone from the back alley can wonder in. They supposedly have working cameras but I now wonder if the outside cameras work. The host is not responding professionally when he does respond. I decided it’s best to document my communication via the app. And it’s been 13 hours since I asked for the gate to be secured. And there’s no response. This experience has been less than stellar. I don’t expect anything special. Just expect the same as i would if i was spending 1k dollars on Airbnb or VRBO.

great idea but app is hard to use
we love this idea but the app is really difficult to use for hosts and guests (i’ve tried both)
also the date conventions do t work for americans since we are backwards in the way we list dates

Frustrating to use
Great concept but needs a lot of work. The search feature is terrible. Put in a specific location or area but nothing specific comes up you just get the list of all locations. Some of the locations are unclear too.
Concerning
I didn’t really want to leave a bad review, but, like the other reviewer, I only received an error reading. When I attempted to go to the site, was told it isn’t secure and my information may be stolen. I don’t know what else to do, but am really disappointed.
App not secure/does not work
Just downloaded this app on my iPhone. But when trying to search available accommodations, all I get are error code 500. Says something about not being available. Additionally upon trying to message the developer, it wouldn’t let me since I hadn’t yet booked anything. No additional options there to report the error codes. THEN i got a message that my information is not secure. Someone may be trying to steal my information. No way Jose do not want to use this app. This is irresponsible to not have a secure app.

Needs Improvement
Was very excited to use this app, but found it extremely frustrating when you enter your search criteria and the app pretty much ignores it and list everything. Furthermore, it is very unfortunate that many hosts fail to list the approximate locations of their properties. I found myself going thru most of the postings to find out if they are in my desired location. You must download google maps first to figure out where they are advertising.

Great idea, needs improvement
Found out about the app and was excited. Tried to book a stay. Never got a response from the host. I actually used the host profile to locate them and finally contact them. After all those weeks of trying, they never saw my request and the placed was already booked (which was not indicated on the site). Tried again to use the app and book a stay only to get error codes and lots of pages of cryptic codes. Wish it would be fixed, more jw homes added, the hosts get informed immediately if they have a request to book and the calendar shows when a place is or is not available. This app is an awesome idea. Just needs some improvements to be effective.
