Latest update issues
The latest update has major bugs. The My Library section does not load (can’t see any results ever) and can’t request holds as a consequence. It is not my wifi as I have i tried this in multiple places and with phone data… nothing! Please fix soon!!!

The app is now pretty useless since it now gets hung up and doesn’t list any results when searching the catalog.

Needs design update
App is fine, but it would be nice if it can get a whole new interface update like Miami Dade library did with their app. Apple wallet support would be awesome to have!
Never works
With the exclusion of the first day it was loaded, it always says it doesn’t recognize my login. Yes, I do know my correct login and password.
Horrible
Keeps freezing up . Have to remove and again upload the app to work. Next time use , same problem. Tried to change my profile, can’t do it . At least not in the app. Try to find locations timing, book due date .Ha best off luck , app frozen not responding!
Amazing and so convenient!
Love this app! There are many books I want to read and this app makes it so easy to look for available copies and even place them on hold. The app also helps with keeping track of what’s checked out and due dates. 5 stars easy!!
Barely functional
Very different from and not as usable as the website, which was also recently designed to its detriment. Can’t manage holds, can’t perform a basic search, and other features are missing. Freezes regularly. Whoever redesigned the app and the website around 2019 should be packing groceries or washing dishes, not designing apps. It’s not even consistent for showing or scanning your library card. Can’t believe they can’t get this to perform the most basic operations reliably.

So I dependable. Wi-Fi or no Wi-Fi…it is abysmal. Please fix so that it is useful to your patrons.
Cannot log in
I do not understand why I can log in on my computer and iPad but not on my iPhone. I use the same sign in for all and for the last few weeks cannot use my phone for the website. Most importantly I can’t show my card.
Log out still doesn’t work
SECOND REQUEST: Please fix this. Pressing the logout bar should clear the data in card number and passcode fields — it does not. Logout is only completed by backspacing through those fields. App should work better than website — it doesn’t.
Could be way better
Could be a better app for such a great service, love borrowing books from the library, when I have a hold ready to borrow I can only do it on a computer not through the app. Not super functional only useful to open ebooks I have in my borrowed items

The app rarely loads and when it does it takes a long time

The old app was so much more functional. This takes forever to load. Don’t really have more benefits because it moved slowly. Can’t place anything on hold. If you have a fee you can’t see the break down I mean it’s just really taking up space at the moment.

Doesn’t work
This app never works. It takes ages to load and then when it does it’s just a blank white screen with a drop down menu in the corner that drops down nothing. My family loves the library and this app is extremely disappointing
Not Working!
I have not been able to access this app for a week. Little circle in center just keeps spinning around on the “See you at Broward County, Florida” logo...Super annoying!
