This is a great app that people, especially ticket scanners would love to use. It is the faster and the best ticket scanner that I have ever used. A friend of mine suggested me to use this and now I don’t use any other app to scan my tickets. Terrible company
Before using this app or the company, check their Facebook and other media reports. They are bouncing checks on their customers and not refunding ticket holders. Blaming it on the pandemic but there are multiple reports that this started before the pandemic occurred.
They didn’t pay us!
Having a small biz is hard and we reached out to you to be a easy way for customers to buy tickets and it was.. at great expense we produced a show and then y’all decided not to pay us OUR money. Don’t use brown paper tickets!

Wouldn’t scan any of the bar codes! It was a complete disaster at the doors of our event.
Useless
Just get a black screen, and there is no way to give the app access to the camera. Seems like it might be an iPhone 6 issue, but makes the app completely worthless
Just OK for what it is
Scans physical tickets just fine, but can't focus in on smaller, closer together barcodes (like the ones that bpt generates for will call tickets or print at home). I'd like an app for organizers to track sales easily too.

We need Brown Paper Tickets to realize that adding an app for the account holder will be an added plus to their own exposure and more people will use them. Scanner app is okay but focus should be otherwise

I would like to see an option for viewing the event attendees as well as be able to manage my online event. Not just a ticket scanner.
