It has been 17 days, and I still cannot access my subscription. I have tried in the App Store and through Roku.

Picture In Picture
I like to play games in my phone to relax while listening to and watching tv shows on a Picture in Picture screen. This app doesn’t have that functionality so I can’t watch anything. It’s so frustrating. Hope they can add that feature like all the other streaming apps that I use. It’s 2026! Gotta upgrade your app! Please! 🤗

I do enjoy this app. It’s add free and provides nostalgic cinema that I really missed.
My only issue is with the sitcoms. The app dosing automatically play the next episode. So one must keep the remote close by when watching shows with episodes.

I had 2 episodes left & the app will not load! So annoying!!!

I have paid for this subscriptions for months but trying to login in app it say I paid for subscription but I can not get in . Needs to be fixed fast
More Old-School movies and shows!!!
The app is just ok, when I very first purchase I enjoyed watching all the classics from the 70s. Now they have to many tv shows, plays and movies that didn’t make the big screen. I keep saying I’m going to cancel but keep forgetting.

I’ve been paying for this service for months every time I try logging on it says renew subscription when I hit renew it says the receipt you are trying to register is already in use so I can’t get past that

I should’ve known when I couldn’t get it to work for Kym Whitley new show it was going to be an issue. I emailed to cancel. I thought I canceled in my Roku app like they said but it wouldn’t do anything as I clicked cancel. I email with a screen shot of the highlight ed button stating it would allow me to cancel and please cancel my account t. This was March 2023 Only to find out I’ve been charge for over 10 mths!!!! I had no idea! Now I’m going here, there and everywhere to cancel a membership I didn’t even know I still had! It is practically March again WTH Also be warned it doesn’t say Brown sugar on your credit card or bank it says ROKU FOR KATS!!! I SMELL A SCAM!!!! I may have to go to my followers to get this settled!

I’m looking at ALOT of reviews having the same problem, y’all better get your stuff together, especially if it’s an issue where you’re still pulling money from people’s bank accounts! It only takes one person to start talking lawsuit! 😡

Every time I attempt to log on to this app, I have problems! I rarely use the app because there’s always an issue with log in, however I’ve been paying subscription for months! Subscription cancelled!
Sign in Screen
I purchased this App thru my Apple account. I could not get past the login screen, I went through all of your troubleshooting. I hit the sign in button from sign out to sign in and re-signed in, still “The receipt you are trying to register is already in use”. I received an email stating I needed to put my credit card information back in to finish setting up the app. I purchased this app through Apple so I didn’t use a credit card. I just wanted to watch the new series “Act Your Age”. When I looked up reviews online, I see a lot of people are having the same issues with the app. Finally frustrated I asked Apple to refund my money. Please correct the problem, from the reviews it’s been going on for over a year and you are losing paid viewers.

I’ve uninstalled the app, created new logins/ subscriptions and still haven’t been able to sign into the app. Support has been zero help.
Spoke with some woman from support today and she was absolutely no help! I wish I would’ve read the reviews from 4 years ago because the app still has the same issues.

Unable to stream
I’ve had login issues which didn’t allow me to access the shows and movies. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a resubscriber but every time I logged in, it would tell me to finish sign up but never load the page. I tried to create a new account and the same thing happened. I wish I had a better outcome because there is one show that I really want to see but doesn’t stream on any other app.

I just purchased subscription and I’m unable to login. It continues to tell me I have a subscription but allow me to watch anything but the trailer for Shaft.

Unable to View - Renewal Subscription
I have renewed my subscription. I am unable to use the app. I have completed all of the instructions given on the app support page. No luck. I plan to cancel my subscription. I’m very unhappy.
The service and disregard is atrocious
I have been attempting to use this app literally for years and never received any assistance but somehow the payment system works perfectly to keep charging you payments for an app that never works. I can’t even explain the issues at this point I’m unable to login and I have no clue why. I just created a new account and it’s literally the same issue from my past two. It keeps redirecting back to the login after I just created a password for the account. I go to type in my credentials and it keep sending me everywhere but the the movies.

Not what I thought
Signed up for the 7 day trial and didn’t even watch a movie. Deleted the app because I was looking for classic urban movies and couldn’t find what I was looking for on this app (Cooley High, Car Wash, etc...)
