Tried to book for a birthday meal, app keeps crashing. No idea if I can get a table.

Once again a wonderful Christmas lunch in Browns Liverpool, lovely atmosphere, wonderful food and our wonderful waiter through the years the lovely Jason , highly recommend for lunch , breakfast , meeting up for lunch with cocktails just a lovely venue xx
Great Place to Eat and Relax
This was our second visit to Brown’s Covent Garden and it did not disappoint! From the warm, friendly greeting on arrival to our attentive and professional waiter, all the staff we had contact with gave exemplary service.
The reservation was made on line with a request for a light table if available hence it was lovely to be allocated a prized window table.
We selected our meal from the Special Lunch Menu and ordered sparkling water and a bottle of Prosecco. All courses were tasty and well presented and served in a timely manner but without a feeling of us ‘being rushed’.
One of the great things about this restaurant is the elegant and sophisticated decor with several different area in which to done. Tables are set well apart so you don’t need to squeeze past people and you can sit and have a conversation without having to shout or be overheard.
The bill for three people came to £152 including service (and 2 coffees with liqueur). A great price for good food in a restaurant going the extra mile to ensure their customers leave happy and looking forward to returning.
As we were leaving some customers were just being served Afternoon Tea; it looked amazing. I think we will be trying that on our next visit to London.

Can’t book via app, website or automatic phone system - so frustrating
The app looks professional enough, as does the company website. Visited local Browns (within walking distance) many times but so incredibly frustrating that neither allow me to book. Easy enough to enter details, I can see the time-slots available, but ‘oops there’s been an error’ every single time. Even when phoning, selecting a time slot and then get cut off. Some issue with the underlying technology it would seem, they only way I can ever book a table is to call the restaurant and actually speak to someone. Why have an automated booking system which doesn’t work??

Rubbish App. Well, just a page
The App/page will not let me sign in, doesn’t not send password reset. Tried 2 different emails, as thought signing up again would work!

Really wish you could get your act together re trying to join membership have tried on numerous occasions and half way through the process it reverts me back to the beginning very very frustrating 🙈🙈
Awful app full of bugs
So many errors on the app I can’t even register. Failings at multiple points in the submission form. No option to book a table speaking to a person, not very accessible. App or automated booking doesn’t provide option for drinks only.
Hopeless
Been trying for days now to register/log-in without success. I register my email and password, get the verification code and it accepts this and am in my account, which doesn’t give much info apart from my details and ‘orders’. When I attempt to go into my account from the app, because you can’t access the wallet without doing so, it says ‘unable to validate information provided’, so unable to collect rewards. Just going around in circles. Rubbish.

Trouble with the app
App does not seem to be a secure site....am unwilling to use it to pay my deposit because it is not a secure site. Additionally the app wants way too much personal information.
