This app is terrible. The charts never sync, it will not connect to my machine at critical times… more of a headache than an improvement on my experience.
Need CarPlay
The BRP Go app is junk. It’s unfortunate that BRP would limit off road users to only their app. If we were able to use CarPlay we could use the maps that we pay for subscriptions without installing another screen.

Terrible
Would give it zero stars if it was an option. I had a technical problem that came up in April and I have been getting no where and it is now August. Their rude staff say I am on the waiting list for tech support. I never write reviews but this was needed. I still have the issue and was given a tech ticket in April. When I call they say you will be hearing from Tech soon only been 5 months #joke

Terrible app
26 canam defender max hd11. $40k for this. Spent a month just trying to get access to the app with slow and worthless customer service. Idk whats worse the so called map overlays or customer service that will both for sure leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere. No carplay, no onroad maps, outdated overlays, the phone has to be plugged in and screen left on for this abomination to even work and if you use anything else on your phone it closes the connection to the display, the connection randomly disconnects with multiple usb cables. Do you developers even test this trash and yes i mean that in the most disrespectful way possible. Dont buy a canam for this upgrade this is no upgrade yank it out and put something else in its place like most are doing.

This sucks. Not maps available for the north east. Just unlock screen mirror / car play for the 10.25 pff road screens.
Cut the cord
The app works ok but randomly stops working mid trip. The fact that you have to have your phone tethered to your vehicle in 2026 is so 2018. The Polaris off road app is years ahead of BRP.
Awesome machine, terrible, useless navigation app.
Im shocked that Can Am even bothers to release a navigation app this poorly designed. At least offer Car Play so your customers can make use of their display.

Poor connectivity and dropped connection issues all the time
Over heats phone
Great app overall, but it overheats my iPhone every time I connect it to my Sea-Doo. The app forces the screen to stay awake, and if I lock the phone it disconnects. Please add a mode that lets the phone sleep without breaking the connection. It would make the app usable in hot weather.

Will not work unconnected. It will not plan you do anything turns black. Try redownload, phone reset, will not work

So this is what I get for 40k. It doesn’t even show the correct vehicle and won’t register my 2026 defender hd11 you can’t even get the basics of an app correct. A word of wisdom canam don’t frustrate your customers. App is bad, no second key, nickle and dime me on everything. Should have stayed with Honda.

Alsome Map
Love the map feature. Just wish it was set up so I could make a master map of the park where I ride an drop location pins with names. Over all 1000% thumbs up👍👍👍👍
They fixed the loading issue for the app, but not the loading issue for the advertisements, parts
When you are in areas of low cell reception, the app consumes all the bandwidth at startup to load pictures. All pictures unless hardcoded in app should not be part of the requirement to load the app itself. Remove all the heavy workloads in the app so the app is fast and efficient. Design doesn’t mean downloadable graphics.
