Cut the cord
The app works ok but randomly stops working mid trip. The fact that you have to have your phone tethered to your vehicle in 2026 is so 2018. The Polaris off road app is years ahead of BRP.
Awesome machine, terrible, useless navigation app.
Im shocked that Can Am even bothers to release a navigation app this poorly designed. At least offer Car Play so your customers can make use of their display.

Poor connectivity and dropped connection issues all the time
Over heats phone
Great app overall, but it overheats my iPhone every time I connect it to my Sea-Doo. The app forces the screen to stay awake, and if I lock the phone it disconnects. Please add a mode that lets the phone sleep without breaking the connection. It would make the app usable in hot weather.

Will not work unconnected. It will not plan you do anything turns black. Try redownload, phone reset, will not work

So this is what I get for 40k. It doesn’t even show the correct vehicle and won’t register my 2026 defender hd11 you can’t even get the basics of an app correct. A word of wisdom canam don’t frustrate your customers. App is bad, no second key, nickle and dime me on everything. Should have stayed with Honda.

Alsome Map
Love the map feature. Just wish it was set up so I could make a master map of the park where I ride an drop location pins with names. Over all 1000% thumbs up👍👍👍👍
They fixed the loading issue for the app, but not the loading issue for the advertisements, parts
When you are in areas of low cell reception, the app consumes all the bandwidth at startup to load pictures. All pictures unless hardcoded in app should not be part of the requirement to load the app itself. Remove all the heavy workloads in the app so the app is fast and efficient. Design doesn’t mean downloadable graphics.

No back road map on BRP go fore north western Ontario
No travel info
No gas, no food, no dealers just the roads brand new sea to sky
Finally nice not to have to pair my headset
Hopefully the search function will be improved soon. BRP reached out to me to see what improvements can be made.

Poor App
It is a mess. It will not connect on either my ATV or snowmobiles. I have tried two phones , new cables, deleted and re-download the app. Still will not work. The phone connects because all other features work just not the app. Very frustrating.
Snowmobile review
Need a version for ipad's. Hard to create any itinerary on a small screen. Maps need to be more up to date.
Bad app and customer service
After months of contacting BRP support and opening suport cases, still the app is not displaying the image of my 2024 RXT-X. Just a blank placeholder. Very disappointing.
Lousy app
If you can run Apple CarPlay, you are better off using that. Sound doesn’t come thru and the app is slow and twitchy. They need to do a lot more work on this to make it function properly. BTW, it appears that once you activate this poor excuse for a navigation program you cannot use CarPlay at all. Only way to get CarPlay back is to deactivate BRP Go. If you don’t have the ability to use CarPlay with your phone I would recommend you go with REVER on your phone mounted to the handlebars.
