Poor map updates

BRO Go had great maps last year in Northern Wisconsin now there are almost no maps. In the cable Wi Hayward WI and St Germain Wi areas. I promoted your app last year I’m ready to Cancel my subscription now.

Why can’t I go back and see the recorded ones. It tells me how many records km I have recorded. But can review them. You need to make this MUCH MORE EASIER

CARTE BRP

La cartographie BRP est vraiment à améliorer. La carte n’est pas capable de calculer correctement des itinéraires ni de proposer une trajectoire adaptée pour naviguer en toute sécurité. Il manque clairement un véritable système de planification d’itinéraire permettant de définir un point de départ, une destination et d’obtenir une trajectoire claire en tenant compte des zones navigables, des chenaux et des éventuelles zones interdites.

Pour un jet-ski comme le Sea-Doo, ce serait un gros plus d’avoir une navigation GPS complète, avec calcul automatique des itinéraires et indication précise des passages possibles. La cartographie actuelle est trop limitée pour une utilisation sérieuse en navigation.

BRP devrait vraiment développer une navigation beaucoup plus intelligente et complète, à la hauteur de ses véhicules

Map

Maps are very basic. Wish it was like onyx or Polaris maps. Also let Polaris and SkiDoo maps talk to each other. I’m sure riders would pay a subscription if we had to to share a map.

Não funciona mais

Anteriormente haviam sérios problemas de intermitência, hora conectava hora não, após as últimas atualizações parou de vez. Não funciona mais com cabo nenhum com IOS ou reinstalando, mesmo no PC transferindo dados de forma normal. Com Android conecta.A muito tempo os cabos são USB C e a Seadoo ainda lança com USB o que também é um problema.

Hi! We're sorry to hear you're experiencing connection issues. Please ensure that both the BRP GO! app and your vehicle display software are up to date. BRP recommends using the following USB-A to USB-C data cable (the shorter the better): https://www.lttstore.com/products/ltt-truespec-cable-usb-type-a-to-c An unintended press of the side lock button can interrupt the connection. To help prevent this, you can use Guided Access, which keeps the phone locked to a single app and can disable specific hardware buttons while BRP GO! is in use. If the issue persists, please update your review with your iPhone model, iOS version, and details about when the problem occurs. For example, does the initial connection fail, or does the connection disconnect after it has been successfully established?

Keeps crashing

The app is extremely buggy and every time I try to create an itinerary the app freezes.

Good but could be better

I’m fishing quite often and this app makes it way better since the map is really useful. The only bad part is that I can’t just connect it via Bluetooth, it needs to be connected with a phone data câble to work. And sometimes when I close my globe box, the signal is lost. Also from Time to time the app sometimes closes and I have to reconnect my account wich isn’t really helpful when my hands are already wet and fishy. Love the app but these problems can be solved so I’ll give it a two. Without these problèmes a easy 4

Concernant la déconnexion de l’application de l’écran, veuillez vous assurer que l’application BRP GO! ainsi que le logiciel de l’écran de votre véhicule sont à jour. BRP recommande l’utilisation d’un câble USB de transfert de données de haute qualité d’une longueur maximale de 6 po. Une pression involontaire sur le bouton latéral de verrouillage du téléphone peut également interrompre la connexion. Pour aider à prévenir cette situation, vous pouvez utiliser la fonction Accès guidé, qui permet de verrouiller le téléphone dans une seule application et de désactiver certains boutons physiques pendant l’utilisation de BRP GO!.

Need CarPlay

The BRP Go app is junk. It’s unfortunate that BRP would limit off road users to only their app. If we were able to use CarPlay we could use the maps that we pay for subscriptions without installing another screen.

Terrible

Would give it zero stars if it was an option. I had a technical problem that came up in April and I have been getting no where and it is now August. Their rude staff say I am on the waiting list for tech support. I never write reviews but this was needed. I still have the issue and was given a tech ticket in April. When I call they say you will be hearing from Tech soon only been 5 months #joke

Terrible app

26 canam defender max hd11. $40k for this. Spent a month just trying to get access to the app with slow and worthless customer service. Idk whats worse the so called map overlays or customer service that will both for sure leave you stranded in the middle of nowhere. No carplay, no onroad maps, outdated overlays, the phone has to be plugged in and screen left on for this abomination to even work and if you use anything else on your phone it closes the connection to the display, the connection randomly disconnects with multiple usb cables. Do you developers even test this trash and yes i mean that in the most disrespectful way possible. Dont buy a canam for this upgrade this is no upgrade yank it out and put something else in its place like most are doing.

Cut the cord

The app works ok but randomly stops working mid trip. The fact that you have to have your phone tethered to your vehicle in 2026 is so 2018. The Polaris off road app is years ahead of BRP.

Awesome machine, terrible, useless navigation app.

Im shocked that Can Am even bothers to release a navigation app this poorly designed. At least offer Car Play so your customers can make use of their display.
