App won’t load however many times I try
New app issues
Since they have updated the app there are so many issues. I have purchased coffee multiple times and my points aren’t increasing. It takes ages to load and it gets stuck if you have a punchcard finished. Please sort it out!!

After two attempts and 20 wasted minutes attempting to sign up, I have given up. Brü will have to cope without my custom.

Installed app. It sends you a code to authenticate your phone number. Done this several times and system doesn’t accept it therefore unable to register. Poor start!
App is poor. Needs better integration with punch cards.
