I love Bruce’s Foodland. Ur people r always so obliging when they bring my groceries to my car but I would really appreciate the ability to edit my order if I see a problem shortly after placing it.

My local store is Grade A! They call to ask me about substitutes. I’m never there left waiting on my order to come out. Everything is always to my specifications, that I leave in the comment box. Very pleased with Foodland Online Ordering.

I enjoy the fact that I can have groceries delivered to my home as I am 81 and have difficulty walking. However, I have great difficulty in typing in and locating item. I think more aisles should be available. Perhaps as I become better acquainted with the process, things will be easier. Thanks for this possibility.

I love the convenience of the grocery pick up. They do a great job gathering my items and it’s always so quick. Makes getting groceries after school within my kids a breeze.
Having problems with the app
First it lost my order then I had to download it again twice and change my password. When I got ready to check out it had found my old order and added to the new one making my cost double. I had to go back and redo my order. I just hope I don’t get a double order when I pick up.

We have been blessed to have such a good grocery store in Scottsboro! My wife and I have Covid, and it was easy to shop online, and then have our groceries delivered. The app is a great help to the health and safety of our community during this difficult time. Thank you!

It’s hard to delete items from my grocery list at the checkout phase. When you order and it’s no longer available, it should notify us at time of selection instead of having to go back over entire order to delete.
It was a little difficult trying to get to items that I needed to buy.
