Es werden regelmäßig angebliche Verbrauchsinformationen versandt, die aber weder in der APP, noch online sichtbar sind.

Ich kann seit Monaten meine Verbrauchsdaten nicht mehr ablesen. Auf Anfrage kam ein Techniker, der in meiner Anlage ein Teil ausgetauscht hat. Ablesen kann ich die Verbrauchsdaten aber weiterhin nicht.

Die App ging nur einmal, am 14.4.2025! Seitdem steht zwar, daß es neuen Daten gibt (die vom 14.4.) aber selbst die lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen. Absolut unbrauchbar! Und es gibt auch keine Hotline! Schade daß man keine Minus-Sterne vergeben kann.

Das erste mal das eine App so garnicht funktioniert.
Die App stürzt schon ab wenn ich mich einloggen will.
